I slightly smile and walk away from the others. I need to be alone right now.. I look at the picture.. studying it.. something is written on the back..
I am glad we met Samuel. You actually made my life better. Together we created Sam and Colby. Best friends for life if you ask of my opinion. So if we don't see each other again. If I leave you. It wasn't my fault. I hope you understand that. I would never.. could never. But remember. It will always be Sam and Colby VS the world.
I turn the picture back around and I know I am full on crying. It doesn't say anything on what he have told the others,but it sounds like he wrote this because he knew he was going to die.. I go back to the others still crying.
"I am an idiot.. why didn't I just text of call him that damn night?!? I AM SUPPOSED TO BE HIS BEST FRIEND AND I FAILED AT IT!" I scream and fall on my knees.
Elton's pov:
I go over to Sam and just hug him. I sit down and Sam just falls into my arms and cries. Something that is making me shed some tears. The whole circle of friends comes and now we all are on the floor crying.
"He will live." I silently say. "Yeah! Colby is strong. He knows what it takes and he knows what he will lose." Brennen says.
We all stand up and I help Sam up and we all hug again. A big group hug is what we needed.
"Let's get something rest. Here! Not at home." I say and everyone agrees.
Everyone is pretty tired, but we don't want to go home. In case we get news about Colby. Good news!! Only good news! There are many sounds around us. Voices. Like a radio.
About 3 days go by and we haven't gotten any new yet. But we all turn around and wake up when we suddenly heard this.
"You guys look very tired.. that's good because I am ready to go home and sleep." Colby says.
