The boys were due back from touring around Europe today and I was so excited. We all lived together but I was the only girlfriend of a member, and that was Brad. Yes, Bradley Will Simpson is my boyfriend, he has been for a few years now.

When the boys left it was late September/early October and it was now considerably close to Christmas - it was a week away. It's the longest time that we have been apart and it's been hard. The cheesy FaceTime and Skype calls, cute messages and the never ending twitter conversations just weren't enough. I've missed him so much. I have been to some of the concerts and stayed in some countries with him but that only lasted a few days. He was very busy and it was quite upsetting for me as he didn't really have that much time for me - so I spent time travelling to meet him and then there wasn't as much alone time together as I'd hoped. So we just said that it would be better if we waited till the tour was over and we could spend all of Christmas together.

The Christmas decorations are up in the house we share and it feels really festive, I'm just glad he will be home in time for Christmas and new year, I couldn't go without my New Years kiss!

There was gingerbread cookies in the oven for the special time of year and scented candles throughout the house. Over the main Christmas days we had planned to have three Christmas meals throughout the course of two days. We would have an early Christmas dinner on Christmas Day at my parents house then travel to Brad's family and have one there on the same day before travelling back here to the house for the five of us to have a Christmas dinner on Boxing Day.

It wasn't long now until they would be back. I sat in front of the TV watching the first Home Alone movie. We agreed before the tour that they would come home and I wouldn't meet them at the airport as it would create more hassle for me and them too.

Home Alone had just finished so I got up, turned the TV off and turned around to start walking to the kitchen. As I turned around the four boys that I had missed for nearly three months were stood there.

"Finally!" Connor said.

I was confused and they sensed it.

"We've only been stood there for twenty minutes." Brad said.

"Why didn't you tell me!" I shouted before running over to them giving them hugs, starting with Connor then Tristan, James and finally Brad.

"I've missed you so much." Brad whispered in my ear as he gave me the biggest hug ever.

"This place looks so cute and festive," James stated.

"I just wanted it to be perfect for you when you got home... And... To top it all off, there's gingerbread cookies in the oven which should be done by now." I said.

All the boys cheered and made their way to the kitchen in search of the gingerbread.

Christmas had been and gone. Brad was very romantic throughout the whole time. He was really caring and sweet towards my family. He bought me a silver heart locket necklace and some pyjamas for Christmas. I bought him some new hats and a man ring. He also promised me that he would take me on a shopping trip to buy whatever I wanted as compensation for not being together for three whole months. He always kept his promises.

I did get my New Years kiss and everything else that I missed out on from when we was away.
