Katie was up in her room getting dressed as she waited for Emmett. Katie fixed her hair in loose curls. "Katie, honey, Emmett's here."
"I'm still getting dressed." She said panicking that he was already there. Her mother smiled and hugged her daughter calming her down. Katie calmed down and went back to her make up. Her mother left, but came back with a beautiful diamond necklace.
"Katie, I told your father when you met the right person that I will give you this necklace as your first heirloom." She said putting the necklace on her daughter who looked ready to cry. "I love you Katie and Emmett is loved by us just as much as we love you."
"Mom." She hugged her mother. "Thank you so much for this necklace mom."
"Now let's got to your father and Emmett." Katie nodded as she looked back in the mirror one last time. She smiled at the necklace and grabbed a pair of earrings that match.

~~~ Katie walked downstairs to see Emmett in a tux. She smiled as her father and Emmett didn't notice her. Her mother smiled and cleared her throat. Emmett and her father turned around to see Katie at the top of the stairs. Katie walked down as Emmett met her at the bottom and grabbed her hand was she reached the bottom.
"Picture time."
After they finally took pictures, Emmett and Katie we're finally on their way to the school dance. "You look beautiful." He tells her.
"You don't look bad yourself." She replied making the two of them laugh. "I love you."
"I love you." ~~~ Katie and Emmett was walking towards the school when they saw Bella. The two continued to walk as Bella looked like she was waiting for someone. Katie and Emmett walked in to see the other Cullens. Alice and Rosalie gave thumbs up as Edward walked over and hugged his cousin. "You look beautiful Katie." Than he noticed the necklace she had on. "I guess your parents gave you mom's necklace."
Katie looked at him weird. "Mom probably left that part out." Emmett pulled Katie away and whispered in her ear
"Let's go dance." He said. Katie nodded. ~~~ After an hour of dancing inside the two walked out to the gazebo where it was cool. Katie heard the music change to another slow song. One of her favorites. "I love this song."
Emmett smiled as he got her up and the two started swaying to the music. Katie would sing as Emmett would twirl her making her laugh. The two where occupied by the dance to even notice they were being watched.
Bella glaring at them with hatred as she sat on a bench writing down her second plan. As for the red head who couldn't seem to pick which girl dies for James death even though she was leaning towards Bella.
