The Cullens and Jacob stayed by Katie's side as she was due anytime. Jacob knew Katie won't survive the birth, but had agreed to let them turn Katie as she was like a sister to him. "Hey." Katie looked up and smiled at him.
"Hey."
"How are the babies?" Emmett asked as he kissed her before taking the seat beside her.
"Kicking." She answered. "I can't wait till their born."
"Same." Emmett said as he kissed her again. "I love you."
"I love you." She replied as her eyes became heavy. Emmett smiled and grabbed her a blanket before walking out of the room to let her sleep. ~~~ "How is she?" Jacob asked.
"She just went back to sleep." Jacob modded. They all were worried about Katie as she was nearing the birth with in the last month. Emmett hasn't left her side until the babies were due.
"Emmett!" Katie screamed in pain. They all ran to see her lay on her back gasping in pain.
"Hold on baby." Emmett tells her as he carried her to the hospital room.
"Katie, I need to see if your dilating." Carlisle tells her. He checks and sighs. "We have to do an emergency c section." They all nodded and started helping as Katie was slowly dying. Carlisle smiled as he got the baby. "It's a boy." Emmett smiled but faded when Katie screamed in pain causing Carlisle to get a second one out. "Twins?" He handed the little girl over to Esme as Emmett held the boy.
"Anthony and Charlotte meet your mom." The twins were held close for Katie to kiss both of them till he two bit her on both sides of her neck.
"Emmett, you need to turn her now." Carlisle tells him. Emmett nodded and leaned in.
"I'll see you when you wake up. I love you Katie." Emmett said as he bites her arms, neck, and legs.
Sorry for the short chapter, but I'm going to skip when she wakes up. Katie does good on her hunting and a few months later is the wedding.
