The final chapters of tCoP are upon me and I hate to say a part of me wants to keep going. Greek mythology has so many stories that could be played with - for instance, Artemis and Orion, Apollo and Daphne, Aphrodite's love triangle with Ares and Hephaestus. Another part of me - perhaps the stronger one - hates a bad sequel. Mythology has been my go-to during any of my writer's blocks.
I've been writing stories since I could hold a pencil, and although the first scribbles probably didn't make any sense, the stories have been there ever since. It's not something I can just stop doing, it's like breathing, it's a necessity. Unfortunately, my forte lies in Dutch writing and not in English. Therefore I must thank all of you, as small as the numbers are, for bearing with me. I appreciate every single one of you. :-)
Until last year I never thought I would 'publish' my work. It might not seem like it, but it's a big step for anyone who is putting themselves out there, unlimited, uninhibited. Yeah, sorry about that, it sounds cheesier than it did in my head. Anyway... If you liked my writing, maybe you would like Aphrodite's Flame as well. It's a finished product.
