It had been quite a mental struggle for renjun lately. Discovering about his sister dating a boy kinda wasn't settling good with him. He didn't know why though. He wasn't like those stuck up brothers who would 'not approve' of a relationship. But in this case, let's just say he had a gut feeling that this might not be the best for his inexperienced baby sister.

The school ended that caused the new friends to separate from each other. Jisung had been happily following lifan everywhere. She showed him around and took care of him on his first day. To say he was impressed and thankful would be not so wrong. The fact that they had a weird start to their friendship really did make jisung chuckle lightly to himself. It was cute, he thought.

lifan escorted jisung to his car like the gentlewoman she is and the whole college watched that. Well many people did if not the whole college and among those people were renjun's friends too especially hyuck bc he had to see that hurtful event occuring in front of his eyes. Holding the tears of betrayal in his eyes, he turned to his boyfriend to seek comfort only to receive a reply like," Hyuck, please stop being so dramatic". This made him shed the tears he was holding after glaring at jeno for solid 2 minutes and then stormed off saying a 'fuck you bitch'. Jeno then tailed behind the sad boy keeping an eye on him if he strays somewhere else. Jeno made a mental note to cuddle him later as his apology (which wasn't needed but still)

On the other hand, jaemin and chenle were left to deal with an unusually quiet renjun. Both looked at renjun and then at each other and looked at the short boy again. This continued until renjun stopped abruptly causing the two boys behind him to tense. Damn it, thought jaemin. The three boys were standing near the entrance of the college looking at a very recently made infamous duo that is none other than jisung and lifan having a normal conversation, as it looked like to jaemin and his boyfriend but not the same thoughts were in renjun's mind. Jisung's car took off with lifan waving her hand to him and then proceeded to walk home herself.

Someone was not pleased to see this. But some were already fanboying over the new couple. Chenle who was awing at how cute they both look was silenced by jaemin which made the younger boy pout but understood almost immediately why he said so. Renjun was not clearly not happy.
He didn't say anything and just started walking, probably to his home.

Jaemin heaved a sigh. "Renjun-hyung is angry again! Why can't he be happy already", whined chenle. He noticed jaemin's worrisome eyes and on impulse hugged the older from behind. "Hyung don't be worried. You know how he is. He'll be fine in just a few days." said chenle trying to ease jaemin who showed his concern by saying, "but it's not good for his health. He always stops eating when this happens and ends up getting sick later on." "I know i know but we're here for him, aren't we? I'll force him to eat, i promise." said chenle. This made jaemin drop his previous concerned face for a while and crack a smile towards his cute boyfriend. "You better hm" jaemin said, pinching chenle's cheeks while making kissing faces.

Renjun, on his way to home, was constantly pondering on how to deal with whatever he just saw at the college gates. He just saw his baby sister smiling ever so beautifully to that boy. It kinda felt at ease seeing lifan happy like that but then at the same time he was dead worried about that new kid. What if he is playing with her? He'll only hurt her later. Even worse, what if he did something wrong with his sister- his train of doubtful thoughts suddenly got replaced by anger. No! If he even touched her, he won't be able to live another day, Renjun promised to himself that he won't let anyone hurt lifan like that.

But still, he couldn't just judge someone he didn't even know. Making assumptions is not good until you are familiar with them. What should i do? Should i ask sicheng? Maybe he'll know what to do..
Renjun decided to ask the older for an advice, since Sicheng would surely know how to help Renjun at such worrisome times. He made a mental note to visit him later. He quickly reached his house, which is very close to their college, and decided to do his everyday routine of eating, studying and whatever was needed of him early so he could go ask sicheng. The older one is also very busy so the first thing Renjun did was to inquire if the he is free today. He texted him as soon as he got to his room, receiving a reply almost immediately (which was weird since it's never expected of sicheng to reply eArLy smh) so he decided to tease him a bit in text
