*LOUD ASS SCREECHING NOISES*
Jisung jolts up in an instant. Holding his poor heart for the nth time, he curses the damn alarm but also relieved that he came up with such a wise solution to wake him up from his impossible sleep.
While freshening up, he finally remembers about last night.
Renjun
Jisung sprints back to his room to find something, anything. And he does.
A note, sticky note to be precise, on his study table.
"I'm leaving. You were asleep so didn't bother you. See you later, i guess?
- Renjun"
Jisung laughed seeing the little 'renjun' written at the bottom.
"Of course, I know it's renjun. Who else could it be." He stuffs the note in his bag with a smile.
"What's got you all happy today, honey?" his mom asks, seeing him smiling from ear to ear.
"I'm not though?" he inquires, tilting his head slightly.
"You were just smiling really big. Did something happen?"
"No. What would happen anyway?" Jisung asks eating his breakfast.
"I don't know, a boy maybe?" she asks wriggling her eyes as she sits herself beside her son.
Wide eyed, Jisung looked at her.
Seeing his expression, she lets out a laugh. "Why? Am I right?"
"No, not that. Just the fact that you didn't say a girl." He says with distaste.
"Why would I? Plus, I know you well." she reassures him.
"How? I mean, how do you know me well?" Jisung's curiosity perked.
He's never been close with his mother before. But he'd admit their relationship had gotten a lot better after he's met her. More so, how'd she know that he liked boys?
"I just do. Far or near, you're still my child. Also, you're pretty obvious" she tells him while spreading some jam on a toast and handing it to Jisung.
Am I?
"Now eat it and hurry or you'll be late, okay?"
She smiles as Jisung gives her an okay sign.
He thought about questioning his mum further but he's was running late so he left it for later.
After barely making it into the class, he decided to give all his attention to his studies which didn't work out as he kept thinking about various things. Yet, still managed to finish most of his lectures. He had a pretty hectic schedule ahead him, along with the work he had missed and his only solution was to ask Lifan for some help.
"Yo, fan!" He calls out the busy girl.
"Very funny," she states flatly while gathering tons of papers.
