I went back to work the next day after my temperature had gone down to normal but I still had a runny nose and a sore throat, it is way better than how I am 2 days ago. Before that, I couldn't even get myself to walk anywhere else but to stay in bed and I stayed in bed the entire time until I felt better to go back to work.

Honestly, I would have rested one more day if my job didn't require me to be back so urgently, I have already taken 2 days off and I have wasted a lot of time not doing anything because I was sick. And they needed to shoot my scenes urgently in order to make it on screen by next week, most of the scenes are already shot in order except for my scenes and I would have to work extra hard on it to make up for all of the lost time.

"Welcome back, Wendy! Are you feeling better already?" Director Kim SeokJin was the first one who spoke to me ever since I got into the set, most of them just greeted me subtly and I don't mind that, they have a lot of work to do and they simply don't have the time to actually pause their work process to greet me. I am not that important to them, we are all human beings in the end and we are of equal importance to one another.

I nodded. "Much better, I am so sorry that the shoot has been delayed so much because I was sick. I will make sure to work extra hard to make it up for all the lost time." I told him.

"Wendy, you don't need to force yourself to work that much if you are not feeling well. Rest as much as you can during the breaks and as for the script, it is pretty well-written and I can help you with the rest of the scenes for now." He patted me on the shoulder. "It is nice to have you back on the set, all of us missed you so terribly."

I made my way to the waiting room where Bae Yeongwon is standing there tending to another cast member and she looked up at me as I entered the room, she squealed in delight and she almost injured the actress that she was tending to and she apologized to her before she put down the hair straightener and she ran to hug me. "You are back, you are really back. How were your holidays? Did you had enough fun?"

I rolled my eyes, she just loves to poke fun into my miserable life. "Very funny, I spent all my time laying down in bed and blowing my nose all the time. I loved my short getaway honestly, I wished that I could rest for the entire week."

"But still, you rested for 3 days. You were lucky to have a director who cares so much for every single crew and cast member, most directors don't give a damn about your health because they are solely focused on getting the production done as fast as possible and they literally don't care if you are nearly dying or not." The actress said. "And Kim SeokJin is one great director, there is a reason why I wanted to work with him."

"True indeed, he is one great director but he doesn't take things seriously when he needs to be." Yeongwon shuts her down immediately by insulting her own fiancee. "Don't you think so, Son Wendy? Seo YeoJung?"

"Isn't it better if you were to start working again? Don't forget, we still have to shoot no matter what." I told her and she reluctantly picked up the hair straightener again, she is just jealous that someone pretty is fangirling over her fiancee.

I continued to do my own work quietly as Bae Yeongwon continues to style the actress's hair to the best state that it can be in, today's shoot is a little hectic and we want to make sure that everything goes smoothly and no bad things come our way. She was done with her after a few minutes ago and the actress leaves the waiting room to be at the set to get ready for her scene, and Bae Yeongwon comes over to me almost immediately. "Your turn to get pretty and gorgeous for your special someone, my dear."

I blushed. "There is no special someone, you are just spouting nonsense," I told her as I made my way to the chair where she immediately starts her work on my hair. "What are you even talking about?"

"You know exactly what I am talking about? Spill the details, Miss Son." She looked at me indirectly through the mirror. "Did he confess to you or not?"

So it was she who pushed HoSeok forward to do such a bold thing... I somehow knew that it was Yeongwon who told him to do that because she was always the straight forward type when it comes to love and I heard from the others that she was the one who confessed to Kim SeokJin back then. "Tell me, did he or did he not?"

"Why don't you ask him yourself?" I told her. "Since you were the one who told him to do so."

"You are here already and Jung HoSeok isn't on set today, you are the only one who can tell me everything that happened on that lovely day." She nudged me. "Please, I really want to know."

I slowly nodded and I feel like my cheeks are going to explode at any moment. "He did, it turns out that he feels the same as me. He took care of me the entire day yesterday and he only left when all of my roommates came back from work and they started bombarding him with questions."

"Is that how you recovered so quickly?" I shrugged my shoulders and she slapped me on the back. "It must be, the power of love is above everything else in this world and nothing is more important than love."

Right, it is really that powerful and I  finally starting to love someone after a very long time and I hope that I can have many happy memories with him.
