Minna's POV

Here I am sitting in middle of the trees infront of a beautiful waterfall, far from the main city, wondering about my life. All that crosses my mind is,
'Why can't i get over those dreadful memories? Why can't i be genuinely happy for once? Why can't i live in peace? Why can't i be free like the water flowing beautifully right infront of my eyes?'
My life couldn't be more disturbed than it already is, or that's what i think for now.
I am currently in the last year of university, I transferred to Seoul high two years back.
And since then my life has been on a roller coaster. Full of ups and downs.
As i was emerged in my thoughts and concerntrated on the breathtaking view, my phone rang.
Sighing, i took a glance at the caller id and it said
'Bomin'
I had no choice but to pick up the call,
Me : "Hey.."
Bomin : "Hey Noonah, how have you been?"
Me : "The same. What about you?"
Bomin : "what happened?"
Me : "Did i mention that something happened?"
Bomin : "Your tone is enough for me to know that something's up"
I sighed and thought about what to answer. Bomin is my Junior that i got really close to. And knows almost everything about me. He's like my brother. I can't afford losing him.
Me : "Nothing really, i was thinking about everything that happened"
Bomin : "Noonah... where are you?"
He asked cautiously.
Me : "Our place... don't worry i am okay"
I told him. This is the place that Bomin introduced me to and since then it became our secret hideout.
Bomin : "wait right there, i'll reach there soon!"
He said and the call was disconnected, he didn't even let me protest.
I shrugged and waited for him. I closed my eyes and the nature do it's thing to calm my nerves.
After a few minutes i could hear footsteps and i knew it was Bomin.

"Are you alive?", He teased.
"No i am dead, and welcome to the hell", I answered back while opening my eyes.
"What the? Do you think i'll go to hell? I got way too good deeds to be in hell you know. I don't know about you tho!", He glared playfully.
"C'mon! Don't get me started on your "good deeds", i teased while emphasising on 'good deeds'.
"Noonah!! Hajima! I am not here for this", He whined.
"Don't whine! You are the one who started it", i shrugged while smiling slightly.
He tched at me and sat next to me.
Both of us concentrated on the view before our eyes and stayed quiet for a few seconds.
"So... what have you been thinking about?", He started.
"I... I have decided something..", I answered feeling nervous of how he'll react to it.
He turned to look at me with a serious face.
"What is it?"
I gulped before replying, "I'll find him"
"WHAT?! Are you in your senses right now?"
"Yes! Yes i am! And no one can change my mind now! I can't just stay oblivious to the fact that he's out there and anyone could be his next victim", I blurted as my heartbeat accelerated.
"And you can't stay oblivious to the fact that HE IS A FREAKING MAFIA! And one of the strongest ones! His one command is enough to end your life! And then what? Huh? What will happen then?", He scolded me.
"Do you think i'll play it that easy? I am not the weak Minna that was before all this happened. I have decided for real Bomin, i'll find the most dreadful way to destroy that fucking mafia!", i tried convincing him.
"You-...", He paused and sighed.
"He wouldn't want this! I don't want this to happen! Please... we can't lose you too", he continued.
"Bomin-ah! I promise that I won't do anything that'll cost my life because I promised him that'll live for him but... i have to do this! I have to put this to an end! I need to avenge him, have faith in me!", I caressed his hand.
"How can you be so sure?", He questioned.
I took a deep breath and looked down since i saw this coming up.
"To be honest, i am not... i am scared Bomin. But i have got this feeling... i will avenge him! In the worst way possible! For him and for many others! I will destroy that bastard!"
"I'll let you do it... only if you let me protect you", He said making me freeze for a moment.
"N-no! I can't let you- ," He cut me off.
"See? Now you know how i feel letting you go like this... please! Let me atleast help you and protect you! This is not something so easy to do... we'll have to go through worse"
I sighed and nodded, there was no other choice for me.
"Fine but... if this goes serious, you will back out and let me do things my way", I told him.
"We'll see about that! if i said to leave it all to me, you wouldn't agree anyways", He replied.
"Leave it to you...? I'd never drag you into this alone!", I shook my head.
"Whatever..", He tched.
I was about to protest when he shushed me and changed the topic.
"Let's not talk more on this for now! How about we go for a meal?"
"Okay but you're treating!", I teased him.
"What? If so then i take my words back... let's keep blabbering", He shrugged at me and turned to the waterfall.
His actions made laugh out loud.
"Shut up! C'mon you said it and You're treating me now! I don't know anything anymore! Stand up", i commanded while standing up and brushing my clothes.
"I. Am. Not. Paying!", he pouted.
"Yah! Ppali!," I kicked him in the butt as he was sitting while pouting.
"Yah! Did you just- ," i cut him off.
"Oh yes i did! Now catch me if you can, pouty!", I further teased.
"Oh you asked for it now!", by this point he was already triggered and stood up.
I took the chance and ran away out from the forest and towards the road where our cars were. I glanced back only to see Bomin catching up to me which made me scream unintentionally.
"Aahh— Bomin-ssi we can talk it out, yeah?", I called back at him.
"Ofcourse we will! But Once i get my hands on you!", He answered and i could feel him really close to me.
I couldn't help but squeal and laugh.
I was about to enter my car when i felt two arms grabbing my waist and pulling me towards them.
"Yah!! Let me gooo", I protested.
"Wae? Why should i?", he teased as he started tickling me.
"Nooooo~ pleaseeee it's unfairrrr.... ahhh— you so tall- ," I couldn't complete my sentence since all i could do was laugh and giggle.
Even though he's my hoobae, he taller than me and more manlier than any other boys.
"Unfair huh? I am your Junior doesn't mean you've got all superior rights, young lady! Say you're sorry!", He continued tickling me.
"Aaahhh—- okay i- i am- so-SORRRYYYY~", I giggled.
After hearing the sorry, he let me go and i could finally breathe. I rested my back on Bomin's car's bonnet, trying to get my breathing to normal.
"You're really a pain in the ass sometimes", I teased him once again.
"You really want to me get to worse, don't you?", he said while stepping closer to me.
"OKAY NO I AM SORRY!", I squealed and waved my hands in front of me.
He laughed at my actions and grabbed my hands pulling me off of the car.
"Let's go... i'll pay for both!", He said and winked.
"Ooooo... there the man now!", i teased yet again.
"You- ," i ran off to my car and started the journey to the restaurant. I took my phone out and texted him,
