No one was dead.

At least I don't think I'm dead. Thoughts rushed in my mind. What if the video is right? What if I am dead because I just watched it? What if I'm a ghost?

The last one made me shudder at the thought of it. But what if I was really a ghost?

"Mom."

No answer.

"Mom!" I said louder.

"MOM!"

"What!" She answered in a frustrated tone.

"Can I have...an egg...or two?" I asked in a whispery voice because I was surprised at her reaction.

"Since when do you eat breakfast?" She asked as she turned around to glare at me.

"Since always." I responded in a irritated voice.

"What is it flashback Friday?"

"No!" I answered.

"Well it seems like that because you are wanting breakfast and you are wearing your freshman uniform" she almost yelled as if it was obvious.

"What?"

"Don't be smart with me young lady!"

I stood there stunned at her reaction. Since when was she so snappy?

"So should I change?" I asked quietly

She stood there with her back towards me.

"WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK!" She angrily yelled at me

"Yes?" I barely whispered hurt as she screamed at me.

She cursed under her breath as I went back upstairs.

I was so confused as I got dressed in the clothes that were originally laid out.

It was really tight around my waist and squeezed my breast making it look bigger.

I grabbed my backpack and headed downstairs.

"When is the bus coming?"

My mother stood there gritting her teeth.

Trying to be calm she angrily said "Brittany, I don't know why you are acting like this today but please stop it! You are not a freshman, you are a junior, you don't take the bus anymore you have your car and if you really want breakfast you can buy some at school!"

I stood there stunned.

I was a junior? I could drive?
