Rose was walking back home from her job. Thinking back, she was satisfied at the amount of skills she had accumulated up until this point.

She'd already been learning about tailoring and finally bought herself a sewing machine last week. Today, she also bought her first roll of fabric. A soft stretchy sky-coloured cotton.

Smiling to herself while eyeing the blue from the plastic bag, she hummed a light tune as she approached her house.

When she arrived at the front, she suddenly saw a familiar car parked in front.

It definitely wasn't Ryan's car but she was expecting him today since he said they would be doing something together.

'Did he get a new car?'

Confused, she waved it off and entered her house as usual.

"Ryan?" she called out as she put her bag down on the table.

"I'm in the living room," he replied.

Rose quickly walked over to the living about to greet Ryan when she noticed two other people in the room besides them.

Out of shock, she froze and blinked rapidly to see if she was hallucinating.

There, in front of her, was the lost boy and Ryan's friend from before.

The child looked at her wide-eyed.

"Oh, you're the boy from before," she mumbled surprised.

Then she turned her heard towards Keenan, whom she remembered from before.

"Nice to see you again," she muttered at him with an awkward smile.

He didn't reply but kept staring at her intently.

Oddly, if it wasn't surprising enough, whenever she locked eyes with them, she felt an unexplainable ache in her head.

"What's going on?" she asked confused while slowly walking to the couch.

Ryan was leaning against the wall looking grim.

"Rose, I want to introduce you to someone, or rather some people since someone wouldn't leave" he said, eyeing Keenan with a side glare.

Keenan shrugged his shoulders nonchalantly and gave an innocent look. "I'm his father, what do you expect?"

Rose widened her eyes before making an 'o' shape with her mouth. She didn't know that Keenan had a child, let alone the kid she met before.

Somehow, things were starting to add up. It made sense that maybe the kid was in the neighborhood because Keenan was nearby.

Ryan abruptly ignored him before he then came off the wall and started walking towards her. "You've probably already met the little one."

"Yes, I have actually," she said weirded out.

"Now, before I say anything I just want to make sure that you've told me everything you remember," Ryan said.

Rose looked at him with furrowed eyebrows.

"I have," she stated a little unsure of herself. "Right?"

Ryan shifted his gaze and sighed. He swept a hand through his hair before walking up next to Keenan and the boy.

"Look, I originally wasn't going to do this but I feel like its not good for you or for Finn."
