Up in the Sky

Reunited

It had been a couple days since Chaeyeon's birthday. Minjung had quickly stopped by her house to leave a card and a present but she couldn't stay for the party that the older girl had thrown. She had work.

That lead her to the subway with her luggage. She was excited. She had just gotten off work and she was heading to the dorm. She had a giddy smile on her face. Just as Gugudan's Not That Type played. Sejeong called.

"Oh Unnie! How's it going?"

"Not bad, I have a few more things to do. "

"Things? Why aren't I aware of this?"

"It's a surprise!"

"Really for me?!" Minjung cheered. 

"You'll see. I just called to see how you are doing."

"You saw me yesterday Unnie."

"I know that. It's just that you talked about some pretty heavy stuff."

"Yeah it just been something that has been bothering me for a while."

"Okay okay. Do you feel better now that you've voiced it out?" Sejeong asked.

      "Yeah."

      "Good. If you ever need to talk, I'm here for you." Sejeong comforted.

"Thank you Unnie."

"Of course. You're my little sister now so I got to take care of you."

"No you don't have to take care of me."

"Well.... I'm gonna still take care of you."

"Oh alright. This is my stop I'll see you tomorrow."

"Okay bye kiddo!"

Minjung smiled before walking up the stairs. After a couple of minutes walking, she opened her door. A tall girl had ran around the corner hearing the door open.

"Finally!" Yujin screamed. She scurried over to Minjung before hugging her to death. The older girl squeaked as the puppy held her tighter. "Where have you been! We were beginning to think that you didn't come back."

      Minjung opened her mouth to speak but couldn't. Yujin held her too tight. "Yah put her down so she can talk." Chaewon told.

     "Oh right." Yujin laughed. She placed the older girl on the ground before patting her head. Minjung took in the biggest breath of her life.

      "I had work."

      "Work? What work?" Minjoo questioned.

      "You'll see." Minjung smirked. The doorbell rang again. Yujin bounced happily to the door. "Dang if she was a real dog, her tail would be wagging so fast."

      The second Yujin opened the door, the dorm erupted in a scream. Wonyoung almost hugged Yujin but she saw the familiar blue luggage. She bypassed the puppy and she ran towards the owner of the luggage.

     Not wanting the scene on her phone to happen again, she moved her left leg back. As Wonyoung jumped on Minjung and wrapped her legs around the older. "Unnie I've missed you!"

     "Hello Wonyoungie." Minjung chuckled. Yuri pushed away the giant before hugging the koala. "Hi Yuri. How are you?"

      "I missed cuddling with you." Yuri mumbled while placing her chin on Minjung's shoulder.
