huang renjun

hana is wearing her brightest smile as she walks out of their house. renjun smiled at her and waved, trying his best to hide all his feelings. hyunjin, her twin brother is leaning on the doorway, eating an apple.

"akala ko 'di na talaga kayo magpapansinan forever," hyunjin said. renjun scratch his nape and hyunjin nodded at them.

"hana ingatan mo si renjun baka gagawa ka ng kalokohan," hyunjin said that made him chuckle.

"ano ba, hyunjin? bumalik ka na nga 'dun paepal ka," hana glared at her twin brother. tumawa lang ang kambal niya and waved at them.

"sige aalis na kami," paalam ni renjun. hindi niya namalayang nauna na palang naglakad si hana. he took a deep breath before running towards her.

"na miss kita," she said.

his heart skipped a beat.

alam niyang as a friend lang 'yun pero hindi niya maiwasang kiligin. he did his best to act normal.

"ako rin," he replied

hana and renjun used to be close because of the couple, cara and jaemin. they made a bond after they meet a couple of times. 

months ago, right after new year, jaemin teased renjun that he has a crush on his friend, hana. wala pa siyang feelings sa kanya so confident siya kasi hindi naman 'yun totoo. but when he thought about her, and han jisung, hana's friend who confessed to her before that, he decided to stop talking to her. baka kasi mailang silang dalawa sa kanya.

tsaka niya lang nalaman na hindi naging sila. she rejected han jisung, and that he applied to college in a different university. 

hindi na sila masyadong nagkikita ngayon. 

he was ready to talk to her again, pero pumasok sa eksena ang feelings niya kay hana. he realized he has a crush on her, kaya hindi niya tinuloy ang plano niya, nagbabakasakaling mawala.

pero hindi niya alam na lumala pala.

that's the reason why they are acting like strangers now. hana decided to play along and acted like he never existed as well, and he knows why. galit siya. it's like she's been ghosted by her friend. renjun is aware sa kasalanan niya at sobrang nakonsensya siya sa ginawa niya.

this feelings sucks.

"gusto ko 'ata mag rice," hana said. napalingon naman si renjun sa kanya. "susunod na lang 'yung pizza, please?" she added. napangiti naman si renjun and nodded.

umupo si hana sa waiting shed ng bus stop and smiled again. sumunod naman siya at tumabi sa kanya.

"so kung hindi kita kinausap kanina, wala ka talagang balak na pansinin ako?" she asked and crossed her arms.

"hindi naman pero parang ganun na nga," he replied and chuckled. hinampas naman siya ni hana sa braso at sinamaan ng tingin.

"gago ka so hahayaan mo akong forever na clueless kung bakit hindi mo na lang ako kinausap isang araw? ebarg naman sa pride mo."

renjun sighed and nodded. he looked at her na tahimik lang na nagmamasid sa daan.

"sorry," he said.

"sorry rin," she replied and smiled. he smiled back.

after months of ignoring, they gained their friendship again. they are talking and shared silly things once again.

kausap na niya si hana ngayon.

and renjun, despite of his feelings chose to be friends with her again. just friends.

he doesn't want to push his feelings because he doesn't want to take risk of their friendship. he can't afford to lose her because of this stupid feelings.

baka mawawala rin 'to.
