•Bi Ho's POV
There it was. The thing I dreaded the most was in front of my eyes, seeing Woohyun and Ailey kiss. My heart dropped a beat as I stared from my living room window and all I wished was that it could've been me.•Monday morning•
•Ailey's POV
My heart was still fluttering from Saturday, where I had my first ever kiss. I bit my lower lip while smiling like a complete weirdo on the bus. The bus was rocking back and forth and there was that many people on that it was possible for them to be piling on each other.I quietly grunted under my breath while balancing on the bus to give the old lady my seat. One hand was tightly gripped onto the bus pole as I flicked through my music list with the other, not wary of the people around me. Suddenly, a warm hand placed onto my hand and I slowly made my way up his arm to see who it was.
Woohyun cutely blinked twice as he guarded me by wrapping his left arm around my shoulder to stop people's shoulder blade digging into me. "Did you sleep well?" He asked with a half smile. "Of course I did!" I cheerfully replied.
We both stumbled off the bus together as I noticed Bi Ho walking past on the narrow path with his earphones in. The girls muttered in their groups with envy, 'look at them..she's lucky.' Those words flew from every direction.
We all attended our first lesson which was Geography and everyone sat down in their arranged seats. Woohyun and Bi Ho still had the firing tension between each other and I was 'lucky' enough to be stuck between them. I kept thinking about Saturday where it all blew up, it was cruel that Bi Ho would do that in the past to Woohyun and it did make me angry that Bi Ho would continue haunting him.
"Work in groups of three to produce a diagram to show the different types of plate boundaries there are." The teacher instructed us as she handed out blank pieces of A3 paper. Oh Lord. I slightly glanced over to see Bi Ho's reaction before quickly speaking to avoid the awkward silence, "So there's..um..destructive?"
Woohyun pulled the paper towards him as Bi Ho grabbed hold of the other end and they began tugging it like it was a round of tug-of-war. I slapped my two hands on the sheet of paper in the centre and grabbed their hands together and put Bi Ho's on top of Woohyun's hand. "Stop acting like 8 year olds, let's just settle it like this. Chingus." I demanded as Bi Ho attempted to lock fingers with mine so that we'd be holding hands and I repelled as quickly as possible.
I frowned, "Yah. Don't touch me." Bi Ho grinned as he began to write on the sheet, tilting his head to the left. Gosh..he's unpredictable. Woohyun scowled at Bi Ho while aggressively filling in his side of the sheet.
I suffered an hour of Bi Ho and Woohyun's bickering. My head was already throbbing as I slipped two earphones into my ears after the lesson had finished. Woohyun had to go for his football practise so this meant I could spend my lunchtime all alone..
I strolled around outside the school where Woohyun was on the field playing football, I'm not even sure if he could see me because I couldn't. I clutched onto my bag straps and began walking slowly up and down the large stone steps where some female students like to sit and watch the boys diligently play their sports and squeal like cheerleaders when their 'crush' scored a goal. I often heard the name 'Woohyun' be called out by the girls which makes me frown.
I strolled around on the steps as I focused on my music blasting in my ears. Some boys had been fooling around trying to aim their milk cartons in the bin that was a metre away from me so I tried my best to stay away from them.
•Nobody's POV
One of the boys squealed, "Watch out!" As he accidentally aimed it in the wrong direction and the milk carton flew in the air and headed for Ailey's back. Ailey was too absorbed into her music and couldn't hear her surroundings but suddenly a manly figure flashed his chest towards to the milk carton which slapped him across his stomach making him slightly grunt. It was Bi Ho.•Ailey's POV
I suddenly felt a strong impulse hit the whole side of my back as I slightly lost my balance. I pulled one earphone out as I twisted my body to see Bi Ho's shirt drenched in milk. Oh? "Bi Ho..? What happened?" I asked flustered. "I protected you from getting hit by this milk carton." He replied while taking off his blazer and handed it over to me.
Numerous apologises were given from the boys who were a year below us that threw the milk, "Sorry Sunbaenim, I'm very, VERY sorry!" As they did a 90 degrees bow.I followed Bi Ho to the boys toilets entrance and stood with my back against the wall while carrying his blazer feeling slightly apologetic.. I patiently waited for ten minutes as Bi Ho came out with his shirt that was slightly transparent. Hard not to take my eyes off of the abs that shone through his wet shirt..wait. Does he know that I'm looking? Shit! I looked away from his 'chest area' in that split second and passed his blazer to him.
"What do you say to your hero Oppa?" Bi Ho did a greasy wink. Ew. "You didn't have to block that milk carton from me..I would've been just fine." I coldly replied while walking slightly ahead of him. "Would you of liked to clean your shirt when you're a girl?" He replied. Damn, fair point. "Alr-"
At that second, two boys zoomed past me chasing each other making me nearly trip as Bi Ho tightly grabbed the strap of my backpack and dragged me backwards. My hair flew forward causing it to move in a wave motion making me squeal with shock. I could feel Bi Ho's warm breath from behind as he let go, he whispered
"It's been the second time that I've had to save you. I wish I could do it more."
