•Chapter Six•

•Ailey's POV

It was time to get off the Pedalo and Woohyun gave me his hand to hold on when we got off.

"Thanks," I whispered as all eyes were concentrated on us and small conversations began from every direction, including Hyo Jin.

I coughed and walked to the crowd of students and listened to the teacher, "Hope everyone enjoyed this activity-"

Da In boldly spoke, "Think some of us enjoyed it too much," as she snarled at me causing me to scoff.

What is wrong with her? "Enough chit-chat. Lets make our way to the next activity which is a small hiking trip!" The teacher loudly announced.

The whole class groaned loudly and began walking to the woods.

Clearly Hyo Jin wasn't pleased of my actions with Woohyun but it wasn't like I was backstabbing her.

Since Da In had her new little posse-Hyo Jin, I had nobody to walk with.

Woohyun was strolling in front of me as I had my head down thinking of Hyo Jin's confession about Woohyun.

I plodded down the woods and without realising, I bumped into Woohyun's broad back making me slightly stumble.

He turned around, bewildered and saw me rubbing my forehead then walked beside me.

"So clumsy..." He said, looking forward.

I replied, "No! I just didn't pay attention.." He chuckled as we both walked together.

Da In and Hyo Jin were behind us watching us every movement.

I turned my head slightly and Hyo Jin exasperatedly shouted, "What are you looking at, is Woohyun not enough?!"

Da In nodded and glowered at me. Heol. Seriously. Who knew that this 'friend' could change so much over a boy.

Woohyun suddenly covered my ears and pushed me using his shoulder to the back of the trail of exhausted people and let go of my ears.

I was as flustered as the girls were and looked up at him, "Why did you do that?" I curiously asked.

"Because you shouldn't hear what they have to say. The girls are jealous at the fact they don't have me. But you do."

Oh my God. What did that mean? 'But you do' No...I don't have him! It sounded ever so cheesy at the same time and I shrivelled my lips as we continued walking.

The walk lasted for two hours and we were all fatigued, our legs began to feel sore and were jelly-like. I drank my last drop of water and exhaled deeply.

The teacher who was drenched in sweat said while panting, "Ma..ke your way to your cabins and..start making your dinner,"

We all trudged to our cabins and our entire group apart from Hyo Jin laid flat on the cabin floor.

Chan Young gasped for air, "Never..again.." Hyo Jin walked into our cabin and saw us all practically laying like dead people and she glared at me before stomping to our bedroom.

After 15 minutes of gathering back our energy, we all walked outside and began cooking.

Our class president, Min Seok allocated us to take a role and I was sent to boil rice, Woohyun had to cut the vegetables beside me and Hyo Jin had to stir the pan.

I attempted to get the measurements precise and poured water into the rice cooker, I rolled my sleeves up and placed my hand into it with confusion.

Woohyun peaked over to me, "You've got too much water!" He exclaimed as he put his hand into it stroking past mine.

I froze and awkwardly shuffled a step away from him and I took my hand out. He took out a bit of water and flicked his hand directly on my face making me shut my eyes tightly laughing.

It had been around 30 minutes of cooking and we all completed our dinner.

We all sat down and Woohyun was beside me, Hyo Jin desperately rushed to sit next to him.

Everyone was chatting and enjoying the food while Hyo Jin constantly flirted with Woohyun, "Oppa what do you like? The vegetables taste the best when you make it! Blah, blah, blah."

The girl cannot stop.

Finally I finished my food peacefully and drank my water, the teacher came up and pointed at Woohyun, "Woohyun and Hyo Jin, you will be doing the dishes once everyone has finished."

Woohyun gave out the most frustrated sigh and blinked slowly. Hyo Jin clapped her hands with excitement, nearly falling off her own seat.

It was 6:30pm and everyone apart from Woohyun and Hyo Jin were outside washing the dishes. I walked past the two when I quietly headed to my bedroom. I could only see the back of their heads from a distance away but what I saw stunned me.

"Woohyun-ah..." Hyo Jin said 'innocently.' "I like you." She confessed as she rushed to hug him tightly and before I took another glance I rushed to my bedroom door before they discovered me.

I opened the door and shut it as fast as I could. What was that? Why do I feel weird? Does he like her?!

•Woohyun's POV
Her arms wrapped around me and my arms were lifeless. She looked up at me and I pulled her away from me, "Hyo Jin. What do you think you are doing?!"

I enraged at her and she pitifully said, "I have liked you for a long time..is it possible you like someone else?"

I harshly replied, "Yeah. So back off."

Wait. I just said yes..that I liked someone. Why did I not say no?
