9/05/16
We walked down the dampened sidewalk, passing person, by person.
Our feet clapped the cement as it intertwined with the pattern of the rain.
We walked, staying silent.
We passed many street signs and bright lights, as I took out my phone to check my notifications for the tenth time in the last five minutes.
Nothing, as usual.
"Wouldn't they've at least texted me by now if they were worried?" I questioned, looking over at her unfazed figure.
"We need this break from everything, Y/n. Stop worrying about them and focus on yourself."
She retaliated, glancing over at me.
Though her words made sense, how could I simply forget about them?
We weren't even that close, yet I still don't want them to forget about me.
Especially Cam.
She stopped in her tracks, making me stop too.
"Hey, we can rest here for the night." She shoulder bumped me.
"We can get going in the morning. How does that sound?"
I nodded in response.
She held the heavy glass door for me, as we entered the hotel.
I bumped into a taller figure, wearing what looked like a brown and tan jacket.
"Whoops, sorry," I said in defense.

"Y/n?!"
