Andrew.

"First off all— hell no." Andrew told Sariya through the phone, mugging her slightly. "Why do you keep playing with me?"

"Andrew I don't think you understand the severity of this situation."

"No I do. I don't think you understand that you are not alone anymore. You cannot just make decisions without talking to me Sariya, that's not how we about to move. And you really losing your mind if you think I'm about to let you go through this alone. That's dead ma."

Sariya sighed and buried her head in her hands. "I just don't want to involve you in this, this shit is dangerous Andrew."

"Baby girl I don't care, we gone go to war together. That's it, that's all. I don't fear nobody but God, and I ain't no weak ass nigga. You forgot where I'm from? I got people behind me too, and you got me behind you. As your husband I would never leave you alone in a situation that is not safe. Niggas don't want smoke with me, especially about you."

Her hands dropped and she rolled her eyes. "You gone fight a whole cartel over me?"

He smirked slightly. "In a heartbeat, but best believe big daddy Drew got them shooters behind him too."

"Boooy." She laughed, not fighting the smile from forming. "I can't stand you."

"And I can't stand to be away from you lil baby. Promise me one thing, as long as we together you will stop trying to push me away. No more excuses okay? I appreciate you caring for my safety, but what about my happiness? I'm happy with you, and I'm not tryna be no where else. As long as I got you, I will face anything."

Sariya just stared down at her screen, watching the man she was undeniably falling in love with. It didn't make any sense, how she skipped all the steps but still seemed to get it right. Andrew was young, but more of a man then most of the men she knew.

"I promise okay? I would go to war for you too." She smiled softly, pushing her hair behind her ear.

He chuckled softly. "I know you would Mrs. West."

She blushed hard and tried to cover her face. "I miss you, come home already." She groaned.

"I'll be back in less than 64 hours, keep my spot warm for me." He smirked, licking his lips softly.

She laughed. "I'll think about it, I probably won't even sleep in here tonight. I have so many things to get ready before the girls get here in the morning. Plus Jordyn will be here tonight."

"Well think of it this way, having these two kids will be fun. You can provide them with a life they couldn't have before, even if it's only temporarily. Plus Ima be there to help so you already know I got your back. I just need you to warn me before you get baby fever and try to trap me." He smirked and Sariya smacked her lips.

"Shut up and first of all you're already trapped, try again."

"If this is what trapped feels like, I never wanna be set free."

Sariya snorted. "Alllllright now you just being corny."

"For you I will be anything you need, so stop trying me before I have to come remind you. It ain't nothing to catch a quick back and forth flight. Stop playing with me."

She cut her eyes at him. "You and these empty ass threats are getting old."

His eyes widened. "EMPTY ASS THREATS?! So you about to sit here and cap like that? Knowing damn well I had you calling off work because you couldn't feel your legs."

She gasped. "Andrew!"

"Sariya!" He mocked, before busting out laughing. "Had that ass crying foreal, you be underestimating me and get reminded why you shouldn't all the time. That's what you call consistency baby."

"Well we at that level that if you ever give another bitch my dick, I will commit murder and know how to get away with it. Don't try me."

"And you tell me to leave for my safety, I think I should be more afraid of you." He snickered.

"And I never said you shouldn't." She winked. "But I should get going, don't worry about me and get that dub."

"Well ima always worry about you, but of course. Ima bring home the W." He smiled. "Don't forget to call me before you go to sleep."

"Yeah yeah yeah, talk to you later babe."

He chuckled. "Alright Sariya, talk to you later."

Andrew ended the call and looked up at the sound of his hotel door opening. In walked his teammate Allen and two girls that clearly go to UCLA.

His face scrunched up in confusion and Trevor just smiled, wrapping his arm around the girls.

"Aye bro I want you to meet our biggest fans Tanya and Jules."

Biggest fans? I bet they don't even know what jersey number I wear.

"Oh...Kay? Why are they here?" Andrew asked, completely disregarding the two young women.

Trevor sent him a look but he didn't care.

"They just wanted to chill with us man, that's all. I thought it would be cool, like old times." Trevor smirked, clearly referring back to the days Andrew and him used to pretty much tag team fangirls on team trips.

The days before he met Sariya.

"Yeah nah it's not cool with me. I don't think my wife would appreciate me hanging around two groupies who clearly don't want anything from me but dick. However I can step out and let you do your thang." Andrew smirked back, standing up and grabbing his AirPods off the desk then putting on his gym shoes.

At least he could go workout.

"Excuse me?" One of the girls gasped, trying to hide her saltiness.

Andrew just chuckled and ignored her, walking right past them. Trevor was shocked at his reaction, telling the girls to hold on one minute while he talks to Andrew outside.

"Aye bro what's your problem? Why you acting like that?"

Andrew cut his eyes as he mugged him. "Acting like what? You know I'm not single bro."

"And?" He questioned, making Andrew almost slap the black out of him.

"Bro just stop talking to me. I understand I used to participate in all your fuckboy activities— however I will no longer be able to rock like that. I gotta woman at home waiting for me and she's worth 10 times more than any of this shit. So have fun but I want them out of here by the time I get back."

"You been acting different ever since you met that girl." He mumbled, shaking his head.

Andrew shrugged. "That may be so, but it's life. We all gotta start growing up at some point."

"Whatever man, you ain't fun no more and I don't like it. She's changing you." Trevor told him, going back into the room before he could answer.

Andrew just shook his head at the whole situation. If Trevor had a problem, he would just have to address it later.

Before he met Sariya he was a childish boy who spent most of his time hooping and sleeping around with a lot of girls. He had no reason to wanna commit, and honestly he had no reason to commit to Sariya until he actually had too. He realized what he had and despite the lifestyle choices he once made, he decided to be the kind of man she needed and wanted.

Nothing was more tempting than going back home and crawling into bed, to cuddle a woman that truly belonged to you.
