Lapis POV
It's finally Holloween and I have the perfect costume! I've been playing a game called 'Mortal Combat X' and I absolutely love Mileena! I did a great job with adding the teeth and the outfit is almost Identical! I convinced Peridot to go as herself to the Holloween party since it starts midnight. Pretty late but it's just fine for me!
After I finish my costume and after putting on a sweater I head downstairs and look for Peridot. She was in the living room playing Mortal Combat. I snuck up behind the couch and put my hands on her shoulders (so I decided peri wears clothes in her form since she still has her...human partsssss) and said
"Hey Babe" she jumped and looked at me then she took a peek back at the game she yelled,
"Damnit Lapis! You ruined my fucking Brutality-" she stopped and slowly looked back at me. "Oh, shit! Lapis you look... Amazing!" I chuckled and hopped over the couch. She rubbed her fingers over the fake extra teeth and raised an eyebrow.
"What?"
"Don't you think all this is a bit much? All we're doing is going to a little party." I smiled and kissed her. She put her hand on my cheek and kissed me back. I pulled away and smiled at the frozen peridot
"Don't worry, it'll be fine for you, " she blushed and snapped out of her thoughts.
"H-Hey what's that mean!?" I chuckled and went to the door I motioned her to hurry up and come. We walked out to the car and started driving over to Amethyst's house where the party was. Before even entering Peridot was pulled away from me by her friends. I heard my name and I stopped to look around, I saw Pearl with another girl that looked weirdly familiar. I ran over there and hugged Pearl.
"Hey, Lapis! This is Sabina!" She said holding onto the girl's arm as they smiled at each other. I waved. "Sabina, this is my friend Lapis!" The girl smiles and nods her head at me. Not much of a talker eh?
"Are you two dating?" Pearl nodded with a big smile on her face, the girl laughed and hugged Pearl with the arm she was holding on to. "So... Tell me how you met! I want all the details. They both blush
" well..." Pearl starts
Peridot POV
I was with Amethyst, Ruby, and Ruby's girlfriend Sapphire drinking out in the backyard. We were laughing over a bunch of stupid stuff mostly how Amethyst had a crush on Pearl. We all were super close to passing out if we didn't stop laughing.
"So, what about you and Lapis?" I heard Ruby ask ruffling my hair.
"Well, uh...nothing really exciting?" Amethyst snickered along with the others leaving me confused. "What are you guys laughing for?" I asked.
"All I can tell you is you'll have a crazy impact on your relationship soon~"
"Y'all are crazy, Imma go find Lazuli" they all laughed harder at the last statement as I started to walk away. Amethyst grabbed my arm and whispered loudly
"Don't get too crazy green lizard." The others laughed quieter silently saying 'ooo' I rolled my eyes and pulled away Walking again. I saw Lapis talking on the couch with Pearl and some other girl that looked like pearls ex but, different?
"Hey, Peri!" Lapis smiled zipping up her jacket covering her costume I still hadn't seen yet I walked up to her and kissed her cheek with a grin. She giggled at the smile and yawned with a following burp.
"Excuse you Lazuli," I say making her laugh. She sighs, "I wanna go home..." She says sleepily.
"Lapis we just got here two hours ago!" She gives me a blank stare,
"Your drunk aren't you?" I look confused
"Not...really?.." She makes a tsking sound before speaking
"It's not like you to wanna stay."
"It's not like you to wanna leave, Lazuli," I smirk obviously satisfied with my awesome and quick come back. Lapis sighs,
"Niceeee. I'll go home by myself then, " I panic
"N-no ill go!" She smirks and gets up
"Then lets go babe~" she grabs by hand.
Lapis POV
Now the real party begins...
Hoi, I'm not gone- anymore? I guess you guys really like this story so eh... I guess I'll keep posting now that I'm motivated to! Promise I won't discontinue it again until it's fully done ;w;
