I paced the living room, not knowing what to do. i didn't want Tayler and I to leave on a bad note. Nor did i want us to live in the hype house together all awkward and whatever. I finally broke down in tears, letting myself fall to my knees as Abbie rubbed my back
"i didn't mean to hurt his feelings Abbie, i- i just don't wanna get hurt. this is my first time dealing with feelings like this and i don't know anymore" I sobbed
"just go talk to him baby" Abbie said
"but- but what if he doesn't want to talk to me anymore? what if he hates me forever and ever?" i said
"no man, you're over thinking this" she scolded "how about you go talk to him, i'll be downstairs with some movies and snacks, if it goes bad then i'll be here"
"okay" i nodded
i wiped my eyes before walking up to Tayler's room. I had unmistakably been crying because my face was puffy and my eyes were read but now was not the time to be worried about appearence. i needed to straighten things out with Tayler
"here to spit in my face again?" he asked when he opened the door
"no" i said in a weak voice
"what do you want then?" he said coldly
"to apologise" i said "can we at least talk inside your room?"
he sighed and stepped aside
"Tayler i never meant to hurt your feelings, i just, i seem to be falling for you and i feel like i shouldn't because i've just met you and i doubt you'd ever go for a girl like me-
"stop" Tayler said
I looked up to see him walking towards me
"Melody Brown you are the most beautiful, kind hearted, funniest, goofiest, amazing, jaw dropping, gut twisting girl i have ever met, i've never felt like this about anyone before. I don't know if you want me to shout it from the heavens but i like you, a lot and i don't wanna hurt you." Tayler said
By the end of his speech, i had already begun silently crying. Tayler smiled and wiped the tears away with the pads of his thumbs while cupping my face.
"Can i kiss you?" he asked
"mmmh? can you?" i asked sarcastically
"you're such a dork" Tayler smiled before kissing me
