I was woken up by a frantic Addison, she was on the verge of tears as she tried to explain to me what was going on
"Addison baby, calm down, breathe please" i said soothing her
"Tayler" she breathed out
"what about him" i asked
"Car accident!" she said before breaking down
my blood ran cold. He was fine a mere 5 hours before when he pushed past Sam and I, how did he even- he wasn't drunk
"Addison, i need you to tell me what hospital he's in"
Addison nodded before we grabbed the keys to the hype house and made our way to the hospital. Once we all arrived we all piled out like a bunch of soccar kids. We ran to the front desk where we asked for Tayler Holder
"Are you family" The nurse asked
"yes" i lied "Fiancé"
she looked me up and down as i quickly switched my ring to the right finger.
"okay he's in room 345" she said
I looked over at everyone who nodded at me before i dashed down the hallways. I walked into his room, my heart beating in my ears. Tayler may limp, tubes coming from his mouth as he was hooked to an IV drip, the steady sound filling the room along with his ridged breaths. He looked so badly bruised and beaten
"He has some fractured ribs, a broken nose and his left arm is broken we're gonna need to cast him for a while. he hit his head mild concussion. but if you treat him well and bring him in for check ups regularly Mrs Holder, we'll have your husband in tip top shape" The doctor said walking in
"Oh i'm not-
"Sorry where are my manners, Doctor Stein" he said holding his hand out
"Melody Holder" i smiled taking his hand into mine
"i see here he's only 22, did you marry young?" he asked
"oh yes, only 2 months, married when i turned 18" i explained
"oh young love" He awed "anyway, i'll let you have a minute with your husband"
Once the doctor left my eyes were back on Tayler. I trailed a hand over his face, touching the fresh bruises delicately before looking at the casted arm. I finally broke down
"It's all my fault, if i hadn't gone out with Sam i would have spoken to you and we would have fixed things and you would still be fine" i sobbed "please be fine Tayler"
