I walked into Starbucks, the little bell charming as the door swung back to close. I gave Sam a small wave before ordering my grande frappe and going to sit next to him.
"So when exactly were you going to tell me you were basically famous" I said sitting down
"So you've been doing your research" he smiled
"Technically it wasn't me, a friend of mine kinda showed me when i mentioned your name" you shrugged
"so you've been talking about me to your friends" he smirked
"see now i had to explain to them why i couldn't hang around with them today" I said
"Well in that case, i feel special that you ditched your friends for lil' ol' me" he said
"okay now you're making me seem super insensitive" i joked
"what? i'm just stating the facts here young lady" Sam shrugged
"Fyi, i'm older than you little boy" I eyed
"So you did do your research on me!"
"i may or may not have channeled my inner joe goldberg and looked you up on famous birthdays" i mumbled
"you did what!"
"Melody!" the barista called out
"and that's my cue" i joked
Once i'd grabbed my frappe, Sam and i decided to take a walk to the park near the Hype House. On the way Sam decided to tell me about the hickey prank he played on his friends
"so they kept dapping me up and calling me the king the entire night" Sam explained
"oh my gosh, and they didn't catch you!" i asked
"well see Jaden saw the make up thing then i told him one of them probably left it here" he said
"one of them?" i questioned
"that's exactly what he said!" Sam exclaimed
"so now they think you banged multiple women!" i said laughing
"hey hey! don't laugh, i could do it if i wanted to!" he pouted
"you're literally a little teddy bear, i don't see you playing girls" i shrugged "and that's just my opinion"
"i mean my mom always taught me to respect women so i wouldn't dare break a woman's heart" Sam said
"I wish all boys had the same mentality Sammy"
We reached the park where we decided to goof off, Sam and I took multiple videos in which we posted and made crazy crackhead tiktoks until it was about late at night.
"shit, would you look at the time, it nearly 8pm" I said looking at my nearly dying phone
"how about i walk you home" Sam smiled
I shrugged before we took the 10 minute walk toward the Hype House
"So you failed to mention you live at the hype house" Sam smirked
"well you see" i drew out thinking "you didn't ask if i did"
"who the hell asks someone where they live?" Sam laughed
"i mean i would" i reasoned
"Then again you went full joe goldberg on me so i'm not surprised at all" Sam said
"oh low blow bro!" i said making us both laugh
before any one of us could say anything the door swung open. there stood Tayler, he had a cold look on his face before pushing past us and walking to his car. I sighed
"Well this is my stop" i said looking through the open door "i had a great afternoon, thanks Sam"
"Hope we can do this again" Sam smiled, i nodded before giving him a kiss on the cheek and walking inside the house
"Oh you're not walking into the house with a smile wider than Russia and not telling us what happened" Dixie said patting the couch where she sat
