Tayler and I sat in absolute silence. The tension in the air hung very thickly, an axe was needed to cut this shit. I didn't know what to say.
Hey i'm pregnant! (but he can clearly see it)
The child is yours (but he's the only guy you had sex with.)
"how far along are you?" he asked
"7 months" i said
"what are you having?" he asked
"dunno, Dixie's planning the reveal" i said
"is this why you left?" he asked
"yeah" i said in a small voice
"why? why leave? without telling me that you're pregnant" he asked more seriously
i took a deep breath, everything that i had rehearsed to tell him having disappeared from my head
"Because Tayler, i panicked. I remembered what you told the boys when you found the test and now how would you react now that i am actually pregnant" i said wringing my hands
Tayler shot up from his seat, walking over to the window, probably to get some air
"I told you why i said what i said. I don't want you to feel that because of what i said you should hide this from me and now i feel bad because i wanted to be the one to massage your back, get your midnight snacks, buy you things, go baby shopping with you-
"i'm sorry" i sniffed "i'm so sorry i robbed you the chance to do all of that for me"
Tayler walked up to me, kneeling in front of me
"hey hey, at least now i know, now i can take care of you for the next 2 months. we can go to the classes and shopping for this little Holder" he said rubbing my stomach
I sniffed before smiling at Tayler who had now set his head over my bump and closed his eyes.
