JARED

Its been about six days since Arianna and I have spoken to each other, not counting the Tuesday she was talking to me. I may have said I wasn't listening, but I heard every single word she said. By then, I was over the little incident we had. I just wanted to continue to avoid her because I was starting to like the girl and that is not good because Arianna has the power to break my heart. Call me a girl, a pussy, a weak bitch but I'm no where near those things whatsoever. I'm just not afraid to say that I have a fear of getting my heart broken. Two girls have had the power to do it before, and there's no time for a third. Just get your heart crushed twice by someone you fall in love with, then see how long you want to put up the act of not caring about falling in love. I do, and I won't let it happen which is why I'm avoiding Ari. That's a one way trip to disaster. You seen the way she spoke to me Saturday, but that was minor.

Also, I really can't like her. Her and Dylan are talking now, due to me. I'm the one who knocked some sense into his brain and because of that, he's going to be dating one of the most best looking girls around. Might I add, they were best friends before it so they're going to have so much more chemistry.
You're welcome.

I buttoned up my red and black plaid Flannel shirt then looked in the mirror. I understood it was July, and still hot but also understand, it was literally the end of July and the degrees were going to start dropping. Hudson, Arizona has hot weather, like 90-100°F in June and July, but dropped to the 70's at night. Now since August was rolling in right around the corner, temperatures were looking 84-89°F during the day, 67-74°F nighttime.

Plus who wanted open skin to the blood sucking insects, Mosquitoes, outside. Not I. I was getting ready for a fun night at Dylan's house, since his wealthy parents were out on a business road trip. It was a pool party, but who really got into the water? The girls. Who were going to watch them? The boys.

When I got there with my little cous, Daniel, we were already met with stripped girls, water splashing, screaming, laughing, and loud music. A beach ball was being tossed back and forth in the pool, by the girls on some guys shoulders. Steam was rising from the Jacuzzi, where a couple of girls were dancing and a few guys sitting in front watching. Most of the crowd, surrounded the pool area dancing, talking, and drinking with their bare feet kicking the water.

"There's Farrah!" Danny shouted, pointing to the same brunette girl who was feeling him up last Friday night. She was in a bikini top, and Jean shorts that were left open. When she turned to him after hearing her name, she smiled from ear to ear and signaled him to come her way. He looked at me for approval, "Are you going to be good bro? Or you want me to stick with you?" He asked.

"I'm not 5. Go ahead, have fun! I'll be around.." I shoved him. He chuckled and left his way to his older woman. My plan was to find Dylan, which he is probably hugged up with Arianna, because of me, but I didn't care. He was going to chill with me tonight.

After searching for him, I found him with a few other guys. Arianna was no where in sight, which was surprising. I knew she was here with Jaycee because that's all I heard those two talking about earlier before they left.

"Hey Dylan." I greeted, giving him a handshake and the rest of the fellas one as well. They returned the gesture and we began talking about some attractive girls, as they were saying, well they were talking about them. Dylan and I just listened.
