Chapter 33

First day back

There is only one word to describe in all honesty.

AGGRIVATING.

Why?

"The new boy and Jaycee are together!"

"The new boy Jared lives in Arianna's home!"

"I should become friends with her so I can go over there to see him!"

"I bet they're fucking behind Jaycee's back!"

"I wouldn't be surprised. I'd do it too!"

"Jarcee are so cute! Relationship goals!"

Um, puke? Definitely not relationship goals.

If only you knew.

That's all that anybody has been talking about today during school.

Not how was your summer or any of that matter.

But, oh am I to care? Jaycee is loving the attention and Jared is too, somewhat.

I would ask him to confirm it but he doesn't want to talk to me, but that's my fault because it was my idea. He has been avoiding me really really good too, for example he'll literally walk past me like I'm invisible. Then again, that's my fault because it was my idea.

I shut my locker, and turn to walk to my next class.

Then getting stopped in the progress by the sight of somewhat looking right back at me.

Dylan.

I bite my lip, and sigh.
Just walk past him normally, nothing to it.

I continue to walk in that direction making sure I avoiding his eye contact. Sure enough, I did and finally I could breathe once I successfully but awkwardly made it past him.

Although, like I once said before, my luck is terrible.

Due to the results of that, a hand wrapped around my upper arm tugging me backwards and the first conclusion I came to was that it was Dylan.

My predicting skills were on fire because it was Dylan pulling me backwards.

Once I was directly in front of him, my face was burning from nervousness and surprisment.

Dylan being himself, he stood silently in front of me brushing his hair back with his hand. I pierced my lips together and looked down with a small smile at how unconvient and thorny this situation was.

"Uh, you know we didn't end off on a real good note at all whatsoever. Then we didn't talk about it or attempt to fix it either...which is why this moment is extra awkward." He started.
