It had been a few days since I lost my memory but I was excited for the fact that Father had signed me up to go to a school though he had made me use a perception filter thing he apparently invented so people would leave me alone or not recognize me. I found it odd but did not question it when he said it was just to keep boys from being interested in me.
It was my first day and as soon as I walked in a light-brown haired guy with chocolate eyes and a warm smile who was chained to another guy who looked like a human panda with an emotionless expression and an uninterested look approach me before holding his hand out. I looked at his hand for a second before getting a glimpse of something black and creepy floating behind the guy. I swallowed a shook the guy's hand before I became suspicious.
"Hi, you must be the new girl. I was told to meet you here and show you around. I am Light Yagami!" Light said before turning slightly in annoyance toward the other guy chained to him." And this is Ryuzaki we don't get along so our parents went to extreme lengths to make sure we at least can work together with things."
I nodded accepting the explanation despite it not making a lot of sense. I felt drawn in by Ryuzaki as the guy's eyes pierced me as if he were reading into my very soul. I shivered as a sudden feeling of Deja Vu crept into my mind at the guys' stare. I was sure I had seen him before today but I could not for the life of me figure out when.
After the tour and the goodbyes I began making my way home to Father hoping he was feeling better then he had bee the past few days. There was something Father was not telling me and I was concerned it had to do with how I lost my memories and who my Dad was and I was determined to figure it all out.

Halfway home I heard something move in a nearby alleyway looking in that direction I wondered if it was a stray cat, perhaps it was hungry? I took a piece of chicken out of my bag and approached the Alley. It was dark and I could really see much in the narrow space of the Alley. I shuffled forward and leaped back when a large thing peeks out of the darkness.
"YOU ARE THE DOCTORS DAUGHTER!! YOU WILL COME WITH US!!" the machine said in a metallic and emotionless tone. I screamed and turned to run when the machine shot something into my leg. Looking down I saw a needle and immediately began feeling dizzy as the effects of the drugs entered my system. The last thing I heard was the machine calling for a pick up before darkness engulfed me.

When I woke everything hurt and I felt like my mind had gone through a blender. Groaning I sat up a looked around through squinting eyes noticing I was in some kind of high tech cell. Looking at my wrists I noticed what I assumed was handcuffs of some kind. standing up I began to walk the edges of the cell looking for any weak points until the door opened revealing a large pepper shaker.
"FOLLOW." The pepper shaker demanded before pointing what I assumed was a weapon at me. I quickly followed the machine's instructions realizing the chances of getting out alive were slim as it was without adding to the reasons they would kill me.
After a few moments, I was led into a large room that was filled to the brim with living pepper shakers. I looked around as I was led to a platform. As soon as I had stepped onto the platform a force field was thrown up around me. reaching out I tried to touch the energy before quickly retracting my hand as the feeling of my hand being burnt.
"W-why am I h-here?" I asked looking around nervously. A larger pepper shaker rolled up to me and turned its eyestalk toward me.
"WE ARE THE DALEKS AND YOU ARE THE DOCTORS DAUGHTER. YOU WILL OPEN THE WATCH!" the now-named Dalek demanded before my dad's pocket watch dropped onto the floor in front of me.' they want me to open some stupid watch?' I thought in confusion. I took a step forward and bent over to pick the metal object up.
I looked at the circle engravings on the silver-colored watch. bringing my hand up I slowly brushed my thumb against the lock. I had a feeling that there was something I should know about the watch but could not figure it out. taking one deep breath I looked at the Dalek before gathering my courage and opening the watch.
