There was a brief flash of gold across my vision before I ended up in a large field with long grass that swayed in front of me and reached up to my hip. I looked around before spotting a man standing in the distance. Walking toward him my memories began to come back and by the time I reached him I was now complete again.

"Who are you?" I asked the man curiously. The man looked at me with solemn eyes and a regretful expression. I was getting a bit nervous at the silence but before I could say anything the man spoke.

"There has been a mistake. It needs to be corrected and only you can do it. There is a prophecy that speaks and it is for you to break down. Do you accept the responsibility?" The man asked in a hard tone. I gulped before bracing my self and nodding to the man.

"I am ready." I said in determination. The man smiled and raised his hand sweeping it in the air where several words were now glowing and shifting to produce the prophecy that surprisingly did not rhyme.

The Child Of The Healer And Leader

Will Lead A War Unlike Any Other And

Only The Child Can Save Everyone But

There Will Be Heartbreak And A New Life

But In The End There Will Be A Choice

You Can Either Save The Letter or Save The God

I stared at the prophecy in horror. Things were about to get really bad and I was at the center of everything and was expected to lead everyone into a war that would safe everyone in the end. Could I do that, did I even have a choice in the matter or was my fate sealed once I saw the prophecy? Before I could question the man the field began to fade.

"Be careful, Tsuki, the voice will attempt to halt the prophecy." The man said softly. I looked at the man in shock, how had he known I was being tormented by a sadistic voice in my head?

"Who are you?" I asked. The man gave me a smile before vanishing but not before a whisper spoke in my ear revealing who the mystery man really was.

"I'm the Shinigami King"
