Ch 25. Decoding The Prophecy

I was left alone in the field knowing I was in a healing coma. I looked around before picking up a stick and walking over too a small dirt patch and began writing the prophecy.

The Child Of The Healer And Leader

This most likely meant me since I was the daughter of The Doctor and The Master both of which were words for a healer and leader. But what was said next concerned me a whole lot more.

Will Lead A War Unlike Any Other And

It most likely meant against Kira. Would this case really escalate to a full blown war? It hadn't become that bad in the show, since the government had stepped down. But this time The Doctor was involved and we all knew the sheer hope that Time-Lord had a habit of inspiring.

Only The Child Can Save Everyone But

Which meant I was most likely going to have pressure on me. More then it had been before. I would have to lead this and people would be placing themselves on the line just because of me.

There Will Be Heartbreak And A New Life

This one was harder to decipher and I stared at it for several moments before I got an idea. Perhaps the heartbreak was me and L being permanently torn apart? No that didn't make complete sense.....hmm.....and I had no idea about the new life part. I guess this part was a mystery still.

But In The End There Will Be A Choice

Easy. I would have to make a life-altering decision that might cost the people their lives or win the war that was spoken of earlier. I had a horrible feeling about it but focused on the next line.

You Can Either Save The Letter or Save The God

Save the letter could mean several things. Did it mean L or B? Did save the God mean Light, Ryuk, or Rem? I groaned in frustration as a headache began to form which I noticed the irony considering I was in my mind. I guess I would have to take it one step at a time. and hope for the best.
