~Meilin's POV~

I gave Jhi her bamboo so she could eat. Then I went to my and Rollan's room. He was still asleep I got dressed back into my pajamas and quickly slipped into the bed. The teen held tightly her again. I cupped my hand onto his cheek. It's been a long time since I seen him this peaceful. Ever since Olvan died a year later after Song tried to kill everyone. Rollan became the commander of the Greencloaks and he never was that fun anymore because he had to work hard no matter what. He woke up. Maybe my thinking was a little too loud.

"Morning." Rollan said and kissed my cheek. I sighed happily at the touch.

"Morning." I said. I pecked him on the lips, then got up again. I got dressed and headed out the door to see Monika.

"Where are you going?" I asked

"To wake Conor and Abeke. Wanna come?" Monika said. This time she was wearing a blazer and dress pants.

"Ok. Rollan!!!" I yelled for him to come with me.

All of us walked to the room where Abeke and Conor were cuddling with their foreheads touching. It was cute. Monika then bent the water out of her water bag and over their heads then dropped it right on them. Abeke and Conor woke up and got out fast.

"Eep!!" Abeke said. "Who did that??"

Monika, Me, and Rollan were laughing super hard that fell on the floor. Abeke and Conor then smirked and chased us. Monika and I got up fast and sprinted. Rollan caught up to us.

"Split up! I'll go by myself." Monika yelled.

I sprinted down the hall and into a crack in the wall. Rollan was close behind and our faces were close together. Rollan was leaning in to kiss me I found myself leaning as well. I close my eyes and braced myself for it. Then it happened. I was kissing the boy I loved since I was eleven. It only happened for 10 seconds. We broke apart and we touched foreheads smiling.

"Will you go with me to the dance?" He asked. I almost kissed him right there on spot.

"Yes. Yes yes yes!" I said hugging him. He hugged back. 

~one hour later~

  I made sure Abeke and Conor were nowhere to be found. I held Rollan's and lead him out of the crack. Then I saw Abeke and Conor. Rollan and I ran together towards our room. We jumped into our room then I locked it.

~Monika's POV~

I was in their closet when Meilin locked the room. I smirked then scared them. I was in a ghost costume when I scared them. Meilin punched me in the nose.

"Ow!" I said.

"I'm sorry!!!" Meilin said 

I rubbed my nose. "It's fine." I said

I opened the spirit water amulet and bent some water out of it and healed my nose since it was broken and still bleeding thanks to Meilin. 

"The dance is coming up and I want you guys, Conor, and Abeke to go. So what do you say?" I asked.

"Rollan just asked me, sis. I said yes" Meilin said. I smiled.

"Wait...who is watching the Greencloaks while your gone Rollan?" I asked.

"Lenori."  Rollan said

~3rd person~

Conor and Abeke were still waiting for them to come out. It's almost 9 pm.

"Hey, Abeke?" Conor asked

"Yeah?" She said.

"Will you go to the dance with me?" Conor asked.

"Yes." she said.

Conor then hugged Abeke and she hugged back.

"Thank you!" She said

"Anytime." Conor said.
