Finally the anticipated time of love had arrived.
Valentine's Day.
The time where chocolates were given to loved ones.
The time where some have their love reciprocated while some have their hearts broken.
And so we have our protagonist Kim Seungmin contemplating on what to do for Hyunjin.
"Should I just buy the chocolates sold in the departmental stores?" Seungmin thinks
"But then it wouldn't be as special as a handmade chocolate... " He thinks
"Urgh!!!! I don't know what to do!!!" Seungmin says clutching at his hair hardly.
Ding Dong
"Huh? Who's that at the door?" Seungmin mutters as he goes to answer the door.
"Hi Minnie! " Felix says as he and Jisung smile brightly at Seungmin
"Lixie? Sungie? What are you guys doing here? " Seungmin asks tilting his head cutely.
"Oh you poor naive pup! Don't you remember what tomorrow is?' Jisung says pinching Seungmin's cheeks
"Valentine's Day?"
"And so? What are you getting for Hyunjin? " Felix asks.
"I was just thinking of grabbing him some chocolates from the departmental store.... "
"What!? Felix do you hear that!? Minnie, how could you? " Jisung explains dramatically.
"Why? What's wrong with it?"
"My dear child, Valentine's Day is the most auspicious day for young couples. And you're planning to get your Knight in shining armour some measly chocolates from the store?" Jisung says exasperated.
"Lixie, Sungie is being dramatic again. " Seungmin whines
"As dramatic as he is, he isn't wrong Min " Felix says
"Then? What do you suggest I do?"
"We're gonna make home made treats! Me and Sungie are planning to make some for Binnie and Minho-hyung so you can join us"
"You just want me to help you because the two of you will end up burning the kitchen " Seungmin says giggling
"What? Thats not true! How could you accuse us of something like that!?" Jisung says while clutching his chest dramatically.
"Yeah Min, how could you!? " Felix exclaims joining Jisung
Seungmin giggles and just smiles at his friends and their antics.
"We'll need to buy some ingredients at the store so why don't we go there first?" Seungmin suggests
"Aye aye Captain!" Felix and Jisung says saluting
After they're back from the store, they occupy Seungmin's kitchen to work on the treats.
"Seungminnie, you're so lucky that your dad is a pastry chef. You know how to make all these treats. Without you, we would be deprived of these sweets" Felix says while wrestling with the batter for making chocolate brownies.
"Yeah Min. I could live on your dad's baked treats for the rest of my life " Jisung says while putting his cookie dough on a tray
"Sungie you would get diabetes if you eat sweet treats throughout your life" Seungmin says while mixing his cookie dough.
Seungmin's dad was a pastry chef and owned a bakery that was famous for its baked goods
After a few hours, they had their treats wrapped in beautiful wrappers, boxes and ribbons
