Spreading Emotions (Au)

Amethyst Pov

After Garnet told me and Pearl what happened while we were with the diamonds, we all went to visit Peridot, Lapis, and Bismuth.

"Guys!" Peridot says when she sees  us. Lapis and Bismuth are behind her. "Any sign of Steven?" She asks.

"Actually... sort of" Garnet says. They look at her, confused. "Would you guys be able to hack into a warp pad? To see it's history?" Peridots face lights up. "Yeah. If I hook it up to my computer it might work. It'll take a while though"

Garnet looks a bit annoyed. "We don't have a while!" Peridot thinks for a bit. "Well I guess i can try to do it in less than a day." Garnet nods. "Try your best." She says looking a bit worried.

"What's this about anyways? Did you find Steven?" I sigh. "We think we... may know where he is. It's a place called... the catacombs..?" Peridot looks confused. "No no no, you must be confused. The catacombs have been abandoned for thousands of years!"

I scoff. "Well, now they're not. And it's bad. All the gems who are violent and don't like the new leadership ways live there."

Their faces go a bit dark. "So, he was kidnapped?" Bismuth asks. "That's what we think." Pearl sighs.

"I know where it is! I can fly up there and go ge-" Garnet stops Lapis. "No, you can't go alone. Besides, we don't know he's there for sure." Lapis sighs. "I just hope he's alright..." Bismuth puts her arm around her.

"So Peridot. Can you get started on that?" Connie asks. She nods. "Send Lapis to the Beach House when you're done" Lapis nods. "I'll be there."

She then turns and looks at us. "We deserve some relaxation. We've been working for days." I look astonished. "B-But-" she turns her head to me. "No. Exceptions." I sigh and decide that the best thing I can do is listen. I am tired anyways.

We get there and set up a sleepover, just like Steven did for us one time. Even though Pearl doesn't like to sleep, she decides to get some anyways. And Connie is already tired. I smile, for once I have hope that we'll find Steven. "Goodnight you guys" I say as I close my eyes, but before anyone can answer, I'm already asleep.
