Chapter 17: Too Close

[Kurt's POV]

I'm still thinking and stunned about her question.

Do I love her already? That fast? I'm not yet sure about my feelings. Kaya hangga't hindi pa ako sigurado sa kung ano ang nararamdaman ko, I can't directly say "yes, I love you" to her. I want to assure everything and make things clear first.

"Ah-- I--"

"Stop. You don't need to answer my question. Forget what I asked." Bigla nalang syang nagsalita, hindi nya muna pinatapos ang sasabihin ko. Childish talaga kahit kailan. Ayaw makinig, kung ano yung nasa utak nila, yun lang ang pinapakinggan nila.

Hanggang sa makapunta kami sa mall, tahimik lang kami. Hindi ko alam kung anong sasabihin ko sakanya. Parang bigla naging awkward. That is so gay. I shouldn't feel awkward.

"You're so quiet." Pagpuputol nya sa katahimikan namin.

"Ah, nothing. Anong gusto mong unahin natin? Supermarket, pagkain o magshopping?" Tanong ko sakanya. Thank goodness at kinausap nya ako.

"Ah. Magshopping muna then let's eat. Huli nalang yung supermarket." Bigla narin nagliwanag yung itsura nya. She's a certified bipolar.

"Alright. My wife wants to shop, then let's shop." Hinawakan ko na ulit yung kamay nya. Hay, the feels. Butterflies in my stomach? Masyado na atang kabakla-bakla 'tong nararamdaman ko.

Naglakad-lakad kami at huminto kami sa Forever 21.

"Wait lang, love. Bibili ako ng dress."

Pumasok na kami sa loob. Marami syang tinitignan na new designs. Mahilig kasi sa F21 'tong maybahay ko eh.

Hawak hawak nya ang royal blue na fitted dress,

"What do you think? Bagay kaya sakin 'to?" Tch. Kahit ano naman atang isuot nitong si Isabelle, bagay sakanya. She has the perfect body, super smooth skin, long eyelashes, though her boobs-- Oops. Baka saan mapunta 'tong iniisip ko. Stop it, Wayne. That's not healthy.

"I think it suits you well. Try it." I want to be a supportive husband to her. Gusto kong maging maganda ang pagsasama namin.

Pumasok sya sa fitting room at maya maya pa ay labas na sya. Like I said, bagay sakanya. Lace ang taas and it's a body-con dress. She turns me on, damn.

"Kamusta? Bagay ba sakin?"

"Oo naman. Love, kahit ano naman atang isuot mo, babagay parin sayo." She blushed. She's really cute when she blush.

Pagkapalit nya uli ng damit, binayaran ko na sa counter at lumabas na kami.

"May pupuntahan ka pa bang iba, love?" Kanina pa kami naglalakad lakad dito sa mall pero parang papunta kami sa kawalan.

"Hm. Gutom na ko. Leggo eat?" Pa-cute at pa-babyface pa sya. Tch.

We've decided to eat in a Japanese restaurant. Dahil matagal narin daw syang di nakakakain ng favorite Jap foods.

"Grabe. I miss eating these kinds of stuff. Donburi, sashimi, curry rice, sushi and sukiyaki are the best!" I must admit, Isabelle is so adorable. Whenever she eats, talks, smile, laughs and even do the craziest thing she can. It's like I can stare her for the rest of our lives.

"Huy! Love, okay ka lang?" Biglang bumalik yung senses ko. Hay, medyo napapadalas yata ang pagdedaydream ko? Not good at all.

"I--I'm fine." Liar. I don't know myself anymore. It's like everything is getting weirder, especially when I'm with her- with my wife.

"Weh? You don't look fine kaya. Tell me, ayaw mo ba ng Japanese food? Pwede naman tayong kumain sa Pancake House or Kenny Rogers?" Napangiti ako dun bigla. Kaya nyang isacrifice ang favorite nyang pagkain para lang maging okay ako? Wow.

"No. Gusto ko din yung foods. Okay lang ako, promise." Yeah, I like Japanese foods. Hindi ko lang talaga maintindihan sarili ko bakit ako nagkakaganito this past week.

"Alright. Say aaaah!" Tch. Sinusubuan nya ako. But I find it sweet. I opened my mouth and ate the food. The feeling is different.

"You know, it's too close." I said while we're eating.

"Huh?" Di nya ako gets. Slow.

"My feelings..for you is too close from love. Konti nalang at bibigay na ako." Then I smiled. Yeah, I can't deny that fact. I'm too close to be drown, drown from love.

I hope she'll catch me when I'm fallen...
