its been a few weeks since i passed out and we have another math competition
i'm excited for this one because jonah's actually coming to watch
this makes me feel so much more confident about winning and i'm happy
also Zach's going to be there which also makes me confident
me and zach are back to being best friends and he's even getting along with jonah
i invited them plus Daniel out to dinner one night together because it was my birthday and well they're my only friends
there's a possibility they were only nice to each other because they didn't want to ruin my birthday but what works works
afterwards Zach and Daniel went home and me and Jonah did a few things if you know what i mean
i really liked it because it was one of the first times that we've done something that i actually enjoyed and wanted to do
yeah i always said yes when he asked but i just didn't want him to be mad
but this time i really really wanted to
you know what they say "birthday sex is the best sex" okay i haven't actually heard that saying but maybe it's true
anyways it's now time to go to the competition and i'm picking up daniel and zach
daniel lives further away so i get him first
"hi dani" i happily says when he walks in my car
"um hi why are you so happy"
"my best friend, boyfriend, and favorite cousin are all going to be in the same place as me and my favorite thing in the world MATH!"
"math is your favorite thing in the world?"
"mhm it's so cool everything needs math"
"i hate math"
"rude it's the best."
"you're crazy"

"yay you're here" i say when i see Jonah
i hug him and he kisses my cheek
"good luck if you win you'll get a big surprise"
"what is it?"
"you'll have to win to find out" he winks and i pout
"aw man" he laughs and i go back to the front of the room and within a few minutes the competition starts
it gets to me and Zach and we start
we work together to find out the answer and in 30 seconds we have the correct answer, winning the competition afterwards
"congratulations you guys win!" the announcers tells my team and we all cheer
everyone starts to leave the building and i walk with Zach over to the audience
i walk to Daniel and he hugs me
"congratulations guys"
"thanks" me and zach say
"so are we going out to celebrate?"
"of course let me go get Jonah"
i walk away and walk to find Jonah
i look around and i can't find him anywhere
i don't give up, and i walk outside
sure enough he's out there talking to some girl
i walk over to them and Jonah hugs me
"great job"
"thanks"
"who's this?" the girl asks
"my sister, my mom made me come to watch" he says and i look at him in shock
"um i'm not his sister, i'm actually his girlfriend Kylie but i'm sure you didn't know he had one"
"oh nice yeah he didn't tell me but i'm Tate"
"cool"
"well you guys can finish whatever you were doing i'm gonna go to the people who came to support me and not cheat on me and lie bye!" i wave goodbye and walk away
i roll my eyes walking back to daniel and zach and they look at me
"you look like you just saw a ghost"
"not a ghost just my asshole boyfriend talking to another girl or should i call him my brother cause that's what he tells girls"
