Chapter 15 - I love you

You: Alright, which one of you did it? 

Zenitsu, Inosuke and Giyuu were sitting in front of you with innocent looks while Tanjiro was having a good conversation with his sister. 

Zenitsu: I doN't SeE wHat YoU'rE TALkinG aBoUt!  

You: I smell L.I.E.S! 

Obviously something was wrong because his voice was higher than usual and his grin kept him from bursting out laughing. Inosuke was giving death glares to Giyuu who was looking in another direction. 

You: Quit the lying and spill-

The boys got all red and " wEll, eH, I Got TO aNNOUncE ThAT, erM, nO, SHOuld i SaY It?!" 

That's all you could hear. 

Nonsense. 

Giyuu: I don't think this kind of information is going to help us in the future, we should concentrate on the next missions.

Inosuke: He   d.e.f.i.n.i.t.i.v.e.l.y.   don't have a clue on how to hide something.

Zenitsu: Don't blame mEee! I tried to not crack up. I DID MY BEST! 

Inosuke: You lucky bastard Giyuu, you kissed her- 

Giyuu all red: IT'S NOT THE CASE! I WAS TRYING TO... BRING HER BACK TO LIFE!? 

Zenitsu: Oh cut the crap, I saw everything- 

Nezuko: I can confirm huhuhu <3 

Tanjiro: Dude you can't really deny it, just accept it and you know... Do what a man should do: CONFESS THEIR FEELINGS! 

Giyuu stood up with an annoyed look on his face and grabbed Tanjiro by his shoulder to initiate a private talk with him. He waved something with his hand like "come over here boys" and observed with his half-folded eyes so no one would say a single word. They were pretty far from you so you couldn't hear anything.  

You watched them waving and glaring at each other from the distance, they seemed to have a lot of deep man talks, you thought laughing at the idea. 

During their small meeting, Nezuko sat on the grass next to you smiling. 

You: Hey, what's up? 

Nezuko: Yeaahhh nothing much, it's just you seem more calm than usual... Are you tired? 

You: I think so... I mean what's up with me waking up after my planned death? Don't you think all of this is weird? 

Nezuko: About that.. You left us a pile of pinwheels and each one was a memory of yours. Someone got the idea to do a wall with them so people could admire your life after your death, it's the only thing that could make people feel closer to you so- 

You: Who got the idea? 

Nezuko: It was Giyuu, he asked other pillars and then did this, that's what Tanjiro told me anyways. Your curse is broken once someone that loves you collects all of your precious memories and wishes for you to come back. 

You: Isn't that amazing? 

Nezuko: Yes Y/N people care about you! If in your past life you felt lonely or forced to do something, well now you got us, we will do anything! 

Someone patted your head as you looked up to reveal a smiling Tanjiro.

Tanjiro: Giyuu offered us to go somewhere to train ourselves, I personally am very thrilled by this idea, watchu guys think huh? 

You: YEAHH LET'S GOO! 

Nezuko: If Y//N goes there, I'm in! 

You: Wait... Will be there food?! 

Zenitsu: YES THERE IS WITH A LOT OF PRETTY CUTE GIRLSSS!!! 

Inosuke: Shut it you're gonna scare the crap outta y/n with your "mANLinEsS"! 

Zenitsu: What does have it to do with my manliness, I don't GEt iT DudE! 

* background chirping of the boys and Nezuko arguing *

You felt someone pat your shoulder. It was Giyuu and seemed quite confused or troubled? Maybe stressed about something? 

Giyuu: Do you want to walk with me or- 

Y/N: sure, I'd love to :)

He discreetly blushed and took your hand. 

Y/N: What's up with you tomato, you don't look like yourself hahaha! 

He chucked and explained even he doesn't understand his nervousness. 

As the group walked to the camp territory, you stopped by a river to relax and play some card games. You made sandwiches and shared them with everyone who seemed to enjoy every single bite. 

Time goes crazy fast with them! You were thinking, but you got grabbed by your waist and got pulled into a hug. 

Giyuu: I love you, you know that? 

You coudn't help but to get embarrassed and hide your face with your palms. 

You: GEEZ! YOU CAN'T SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT OUT OF NOWHERE! 

Giyuu: Then when should I tell you?  

You mumbled something and hid your face in his chest. 

Giyuu: Cutee- 

You: I-i 

He watched you being shy with a gentle smile on his face waiting for you to return the words. 

You: I l-love you too! 

He leaned in to kiss you in the most adorable way and bent over so you could sit on his back while he would carry you. You climbed with no hesitation then snuggled your face in his jacket. 

Giyuu: All right guys, we're going!
