(Most of the chapters will be in Tris's POV)
After minutes of turning corners and pacing through hallways, we arrive in front of a metal door, the man, who's gripping my arm so tightly that my skin is red, knocks on the door 3 times. After a while, the door opens, revealing a young man, probably in his early 20's. He has blond wavy hair, that goes to his shoulders, and blue eyes. He has a gun across his shoulder."Hey Ace," The blond boy piped up, giving me a quick glance before moving aside.
"Hey," The man, Ace, replied, dragging me into the room. A strong odor hits me as I step inside of the unfamiliar room. A smell so rancid, as if there is an animal, or a person, dead for days and mixed with another smell I can't decipher. The chamber is vast and similar to the other one, same grey walls, except this room has more furniture and a window's curtain is yanked open, shedding light into the stale room,
There's a table.
And everyone I know is there. Except my baby. Where is my child?
They are all chained to the table and have tape over their mouths. Four looks at me, he seems relieved to see me. I feel the same, relief floods through me, yet doesn't calm down my expanding fear.
Instead of dragging me to the table, the man throws me to the floor, I hit the ground with a thud. I look up at Ace, he's grinning at me, his yellowish teeth flashing at me.
"Let's kill this one first." Ace states, I hear my camp yelling through the duct tape, making it muffled.
"Shut up!" Ace yells, then places the barrel of a gun to my temple, my heart pounds louder, so loud that I can hear it beating in my ears. He can just push down on the trigger, and then I'm dead. He stands me up, still aiming to my head. "I'll shoot her right now!"
Everyone stays silent.
"Should I kill the baby first?" He questions, slowly removing the barrel from my head. My eyes turn watery as I think of Tobias dead.
"No! Please don't!" I beg, tears streaming down my face. I'm unable to stop them, I just let them flow. He places it back onto my temple.
"Okay," He begins, "3..."
I look at Four, he's sobbing and thrashing in the chair.
"2..." He continues.
I shut my eyes so tightly that it hurts... I open them one last time.'I love you' I mouth to Four. He nods, his eyes full of sorrow and anger. He yells through the tape. Screaming.
A tear rolls down my cheek.
"1..." He says.
I hear the gun click but nothing comes out. A big laugh from Ace shocks me, he was tricking me. I let out a shuddering breath and slowly shut my eyes, exhaling slowly.
Anger soaks through me. I nearly break into a sob but I keep it together.
"You almost thought I was going to kill her!" He implied, laughing harder. I glance at Four, his cheeks are smudged in tears. I can tell he's furious.
Ace stops laughing and turns me around to face him, I ignore his eyes.
"I'm sorry." He begins, "Whats your name?"
I don't respond. He shakes me hard.
I won't be Tris.
I'll be the old me.
"Beatrice." I mutter.
"Okay, well. Beatrice, you are going to sit at the table and then we're gonna bring out your son." He commands, giving me a wicked smile.
I nod.
"Louis!" He yells out and the man who let us in comes by, focused and alert. "Chain Beatrice,"
"Yes sir," he replied, Ace pushes me toward him. Louis grabs me and drags me to the table, right next to Four. He chains my legs together, and my hands with metal handcuffs. The next thing he does is that he sat me in the chair.
He slapped duct tape over my mouth.
We can't leave.
We're imprisoned.
