Shall I compare thee to a blizzard so
in its glory uncaring for their ways
or perhaps the rains of April that show
that you are beautiful as summer daysAre your eyes not constellations that shine
prickled with tears when you are most afraid
a smile crafted of Romanesque design
making me wish forever that you stayedAnd yet you plague me when I close my eyes
Whispering sweet but taunting lullabies.
