Before anything else I would like to thank every single person who has read, voted, and commented on my story. In all honesty I never thought I would get this many reads. Also I did change my username to @PaintedRedRoses so don't freak! So I've been thinking about maybe possibly doing a sequel to this story but I'm not sure because I haven't exactly come to a decision on how to end this story. And don't worry I'm not ending it quiet yet. I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day! Okay enough of my rambling now on to the story...

Diego's POV

My heart was pounding like crazy and my palms started sweating. I could feel myself growing anxious even though I haven't even gotten the question out yet.

"Gabriella Hernandez will you do me the honors of..."

I paused and watched as Gabriella's eyes widened slightly. An intake of breathe could be heard from Mrs.Hernandez and I wanted to smile at that but I held it back. Pounding footsteps came to a sudden halt somewhere behind me but I was focused in Gabriella's beautiful eyes. My heart swelled at the memory of her finally declaring her love for me. Even if she didn't want to hear my own words I knew she knew that I had very deep feelings for her. To think that there had been a possibility of her not being here with me. That I would have had to live the rest of my life in the darkness because she would've taken all the light and happiness with her. Even though it all sounded corny as f*ck, it's true. She changed my life without me even knowing she did. Most men would be afraid to commit to a single person for the rest of their lifes and maybe at some point I was. But if I was given the choice of living the rest of my life with Gabriella or living life single and a different woman every night; there is no doubt I would choose Gabriella.

"Well go on, ask her!" Rebecca exclaimed breaking my train of thought.

I glared at her playfully and she simply raised an eyebrow. "Gabriella will you move in with me and then afterwards let me take you on a date?" Looking at her with hopefull eyes I tried to see any emotion in her eyes.

She remained expressionless and that scared me. When I looked at her I could usually tell what she was feeling but now, nothing. I had no idea if she was repelled by the thought of living in the same place as I was living or if she was overly happy. My confidence was starting to crumble and my nerves were going haywire.

"Gabriella! Answer the poor boy!" Mrs.Hernandez broke the silence.

Immediatly it was as if a switch had been turned on in Gabriella. Her eyes shined with excitment and happiness. She took my hand in both of hers and she gave me a big smile. To see a true genuine smile from her directed towards me made my chest fill with joy.

"Diego of course I'll move in with you and yes I will go on a date. Now I don't think it'll be the same day I move in with you cause I doubt I'll have the energy to do anything afterwards." She chuckled a little at her own comment.

"The only thing you'll have to do is put your clothing away." I stated.

"Then maybe Diego. First we need to get out of this hospital." She said.

Laughs rang out in the room and then I remebered we had extra audiance and judging by the light blush on Gabriella's cheeks I could tell she had also forgotten. Lightly kissing her lips I smirk when her heart monitor started to show the increase in her heartbeat. Guess I did impact her the same way she did to me.

The nurses that had chased me finally managed to get me away from Gabriella and back to my own room. It didn't seem that Gabriella knew we had been in the hospital for almost two days now. The doctors informed me that she was perfectly healthy and all the blood test had come back clear. They belive that the reason she was unconscious for the week she was missing was because her body was in shock so her mind went on a type coma.
