"Since it is almost end of your promotions, MBC Show music core invited two idols, one actor and one actress as masters of ceremony for tomorrow's show." our manager said while we were in our dance practice room.

"I am here to tell you about the details... Listen very carefully everyone... This is somehow important...

"Does it have something to do with us manager?" Jeongyeon unnie asked as Nayeon unnie steered at her to shut up as she just made a oeace sign before our manager cleared his throat and continue talking.

"Not all of you, in fact just one of you... Sana-ssi, you were invited to be one of the mc. Manager sadness will accompany you early morning to the studio for the run through. Here is the script..." manager Pinky said.

He handed me the set of papers that Nayeon unnie immediately grab even if it wasn't even able to touch the tips of my hand. "Jihyo make sure that she practices her script." manager added.

Jihyo nodded he head as a response. "Plus continue your practice. Just don't play around to avoid hurting yourselves..." manager said befire turning around and leaving us in our practice room.

The other members hurriedly gathered around the script except for the uninterested ones like me, Jihyo, Chaeyoung and Tzuyu. Everyone else hurriedly look at the pieces of paper reading them curiously.

"This lines are a bit cringey, it reminds me so much of the imagonarium that I did with Eunwoo oppa recently... It gives me chills for too much sweetness." Dahyun said while showing us her arms.

"Yup, just like the commercial that I did with BtoB Minhyuk sunbae. It's really too sweet..." Nayeon unnie added while still running through the drafts. "Wait, the korean language used are for natives right?" Mina suddenly asked.

"It looks like yes... Can you do this Sana?" Jeongyeon unnie asked while raising the scrips in front of me. "I'm not sure but I think I can try... Can I see the script?" I responded as they immediately handed me the papers.

"It's really too sweet though..." Jihyo commented while peeking on the lines that showed on the front page while I just nodded my head because the lines were really sweet plus we have to act cute and close with other mcs.

"I think unnie will just do well, she knows Korean like the back of her hand..." Tzuyu complimented me that made me hug her tight. It was just easy for thing for me to do since she was standing beside me.

"Oh thank you maknae..." I smiled sweetly as she just looked away. "That means that she wants you to treat her to an ice cream at the next building..." Dahyun translated Tzuyu's gesture as I frowned and let go of the hug immediately.

Disappointed was the right term for that, I thought that she just complimented me purely in there. But Tzuyu is not Tzuyu if she won't be a savage one.

"What if we help Sana unnie practice her lines instead of practicing?" Chaeyoung suggested as everyone looked at her but surprisingly Jeongyeon unnie agreed to it.

"Yeah why not, we've been practicing since earlier this day except for the maknae line who was in school. Just like a small break everyone..." Jeongyeon unnie added.

"But, we can't skip practice right? You know that there are a lot of controversies going around us this time... We can't slack off." of course Jihyo as the leader, is being worried.

It is indeed true that there are controversies around us. Like we are always lip syncing or the members have weak vocals except for Jihyo, Jeongyeon unnie and Nayeon unnie.

We tried doing our best live singing to shade those but no use. The public had already their opinion when I was not able to sing during the first week of promotions due to a fever.

Momo unnie tried diverting the netizens attention to her dancing skills while our on going reality show Twice's elegant private life. Or the other members doing melody projects.

But the issues just lessened up and not completely disappear. We went to sketchbook too, but some of the comments were just like why aren't they singing the high notes?

Is that lip sync? It was pretty hurtful but we don't stand a place in the kpop industry yet as we are just considered as rookies so we can't do anything but work hard.

The group's difficulty didn't end there, Jeongyeon unnie was injured during the filming of the law in the jungle, we had to continue with the schedules by just the eight of us.

And now she is already forcing herself to join us on practice even if her injury is not that well yet. She is already dancing along with us even if she is not yet fully healed.

We have been working day and night diligently just to show everyone that we have improve somehow. We tried to be stable at all times when performing.

That's why we earned our first ever music show win in the first anniversary of the airing of sixteen. The survival show where we are from. But that's not yet enough.

We all cried during that time then we continued with our schedules naturally. Cheer up became a hit but it doesn't end there. Once you earn recognition some might try to bring you down.

"I think it's a nice idea, my legs are already tired from continuous dancing..." Nayeon unnie said as she pretended to collapse on the floor followed by Momoring and Mina too.

"I want to have a good food for tonight and take a good night sleep..." Momoring commented too as Jihyo just sighed and raised her hands like surrendering then shaking her head.

"I as well wanted to rest on the dorm and play some games for a while... The hectic schedule is getting me drained..." Mina being the introvert one added.

"Fine, those who wanted to help Sana practice can stay... While the others who wanted to rest can go back to the dorm. I can make excuses to the managers." Jihyo surrender that made everyone cheer in delight.

"Does this mean, I can go out tonight? A friend of mine invited me to come over for some dinner..." Tzuyu timidly asked as we all understood that she will be meeting Elkie.

Well she got only a few friends compared to Nayeon unnie and me being social butterflies. "Let me drive you maknae..." Nayeon unnie worriedly said as she shake her head.

"I will just grab a cab unnie, I will be fine besides... I am sure that Jeongyeon unnie will drive Momo unnie and Mina unnie home I suppose... Then the rest of you would help Sana unnie..."

The maknae was considerate enough to say such words. Jeongyeon unnie drove Mina and Momo to our dorm while Tzuyu went on a different way.

She is friends to the people with the same language as hers. But there's only a few in South Korea. Tzuyu is an introvert person too but she will be warm once you get to know her well.

The Korean line except for Jeongyeon unnie helped me practice since it will be my first time doing the mc thing. They helped me deliver the lines well.

And especially how to act in front of the camera, Dahyun and Nayeon helped me a lot since they have experience with interacting to other idols.

Though we don't know who will be the other mcs as the lines just says male mc number 1 and 2 then female mc number 1 then my own name.
