After the forgiveness and such, Alex and Travis began to hang out more often. Alex decided that they needed to rebuild their relationship. Travis needed to gain that trust again. He hurt her greatly, and he knew that. That is why he agreed to wait for her, as long as it takes.

It had been around two months since he agreed to wait for her. Alex had called him, her thumbs shaking a bit wen she pressed his contact. He picked up and her voice was wavering a bit. She was nervous, he could tell.

"Travis."

"Yes."

"Can you pick me up around 5, we can go to the movies."

"Yeah sure."

"Um, can you dress nicely, please."

"Yeah, sure. But can I ask why?"

"Well on dates, you dress up nice. Right?"

Her laughter trickled into the phone. Travis froze, flustered. She just asked him on a date. Now it was his turn to be nervous.

"Yeah - yeah, sure."

"Ok, good. Bye."

"Bye babe, " he blurted out. As soon as the words left his mouth, he instantly regretted it. Hanging up, he let out a frustrated sigh and rubbed his eyes. Great, you made yourself sound like idiot in front of her. You dumbass he thought. Sighing, he put his phone down and began to get ready for his date.

"Bye, babe," Alex froze and smiled. Before she could answer, she heard the familiar beep from her phone. She laughed. Cute she thought. As she set her phone down, Alex began to stretch. She grabbed her towel and went to the bathroom.

Taking off her clothes and setting them to a side, she got in the shower and turned on the shower. Putting the temperature to scalding, steam began to fog up the bath room. And like her usual showers, he began to sing. The door flew open.

"PRINCESS, I WAS EAVESDROOPPING ON YOUR CONVERSATION AND WENT TO GO TO TELL THE OTHERS. AND NOW I WILL DRESS YOU. JUST A WARNING. YOUR CLOTHES WILL BE ON YOUR BED," Roman shouted. This was a quite normal thing to happen. That is why she never locked the door. She knew nothing bad was going to happen. Plus, they were all gay

"Ok," she told. She heard his footsteps retreat, the door slamming shut. Alex grabbed the shampoo and began to scrub her hair. She heard a small knock, and the door open slowly.

"Hey, kiddo. I was just wondering what time you were coming back so I can start dinner," Patton stated.

"Around 7, eight the latest," she responded. She heard a small 'okay' and the door closed. Washing out the shampoo from her hair, she grabbed the conditioner. Running it through her hair, she heard the door open.

"Hey I left my eye shadow on your desk," Virgil muttered. Alex smiled at his kindness.

"Thanks, Virg," she thanked, using his nickname.

"Whatever," she could hear the smile in his words. Just as she washed the conditioner, she grabbed he body wash. Putting it in her scrub, she washed her body lightly. Once again, she heard the door open.

"I cleaned your glasses for you. I left the cloth on your desk," said the Logan.

"Thank you," she told him as she washed the soap off from her body. The door closed and she finished taking her shower. Turning off the water, she grabbed her towel and wrapped it around her body. She got out of the tub and walked to her room. Locking the door and shutting the window, she looked a the clothes Roman left on her bed. (Picture above)

She grabbed the cute skirt and put it on. Alex did a small twirl and laughed at herself. Looking at herself in the mirror. She hadn't put on her shirt on yet, so she was still in her black bra. Sitting down on he desk, she got out her make up mirror. Getting her make up as well, she began to get ready. She didn't like having much make up, so she went for more of a natural look. As she put her eyeliner, Vera popped out.

"Yes, give yourself such sharp eyeliner, you could stab a man with it," Vera joked. Alex laughed, almost messing up her eyeliner. She sent a glare at Vera. Vera raised her hands up, and disappeared. Next Riley popped up and gasped.

"You. Look. AMAZING. I need to tell Roman thank you," she squealed, before running out of her room. Alex smiled, shaking her head slightly. It was as she grabbed some mascara, when Laila popped up.

"Did you know that they tested that mascara on a hundred bunnies to see if it were safe," Laila stated matter-of-factly. Alex hummed slightly, surprised by the new fact Laila had given her. Before Alex could say anything, Laila vanished. Alex shrugged it off, and went on to apply Virgil's eye shadow. After that, she finished with her make up, and she put on her shirt. To top it of, she added her glasses. She looked a herself in the mirror, and smiled. She knew she was pretty. But not in the self-centered way, but in the self-knowing way.

"Oh my god. My baby is all grown up," exaggerated Penny. Alex turned around, and opened her arms. Penny ran into them and cried into her chest. After Penny finished crying, she wiped her ears away and fixed Alex's glasses and hair. Smiling at her work, Penny wooshed away.

Alex went downstairs, where everyone was waiting for her. Once she appeared down stairs she could feel the worry emitting from Thomas and the Sides. She checked the time and realized Travis should be here any minute. As if she could tell the future, there was a knock on the door. Alex smiled and opened it. There stood Travis, a nervous mess. But a good lookin' one at that she thought. He wore simple blue jeans and a leather jacket over his gray shirt. It was simple, but it fit him.

"Hey Travis," she greeted. He stood there, speech less. God, she's beautiful he thought. As the blood rushed to his ear, he was smacked out of his thoughts.

"Hi, you ready?" he asked Alex nodded and slipped her boots on. As they left, their hands brushed up against each other. As they both blushed, Travis got a second of boldness and grabbed her hand. Alex turned to him and smiled.

~After Date~

Travis and Alex stood at her front door. She handed him his jacket, which he gave her on the way back when he saw her shivering. When he was about to leave, Alex grabbed his sleeve. "And my goodnight kiss," she joked. But part of her was serious. Travis was taken back, but was glad she said that. He leaned in and caressed her cheek. Pressing his lips against hers, the world seemed to fade away. It was only them. When they broke apart, they stared into each others.

"How was that for a good night kiss?" Travis joked.

"It was perfect."
