Overjoyed //Teo Halm book 3

Pain

"Come on let's get you inside." Teo said as he grabbed my waist and helped me into my house.

"LIRA WHERE WERE YOU!?" My mother screeched.

"Hey mom." I slurred still being 3/4 drunk.

my mom looked and say Teo holding me.

"OH NO, MR HALM I WANT YOU OUT OF THIS HOUSE RIGHT NOW. DO YOU HEAR ME? I DONT WANT YOU NEAR LIRA AT ALL." she screamed.

"NO. I- I love Teo." I said coming to my senses.

Before I knew it was coming my mother slapped me.

"STOP THIS FOOLISHNESS. WE KNOW WHATS BEST FOR YOU." she yelled.

"I- I don't care if you know what's for the best for me. Because I know Teos the best and better than you." I spat trying to hold in my sobs.

She was about to hit me again but teo shielded me.

My mother slapped teo.

"NOOOOOOOO." I sobbed into Teo shoulder.

Teo tried to pick me up and run away with me, but my father got in that way.

"I wouldn't do that mr. halm." he said pointing a gun at Teos head.

"No dad DONT." I Yelled.

Teo put me down slowly, and I quickly kicked my dad where the sun doesn't shine.

My dad cried out in pain as my mom started telling.

We just tried to get to the door.

I felt my self reach for Teos hand as he opened the door and kept running, but a pain in my upper back changed my mind.

I fell over screaming in pain as Teo rushed back into the house.

He tried to carefully pick me up, but my back said otherwise.

Teo out me in his car and sped to what I think is the hospital.
