(Maybe not if you have a really really good argument, but I'm fairly confident)
Shapeshifting has the same powers as any good superpower.
Wanna fly? Turn into a bird or heck just grow wings.
Wanna be invisible? Turn into a random object that no one will notice.
Disguises? Change your appearance.
Super strength? Turn into a strong animal or heck just change your appearance and muscles to be stronger.
Go through walls? Shapeshift into sound or something idk. Change your molecules.
The possibilities are endless, just as big as your imagination.
It's seriously OP XD
So yeah it's the best super power.
