Main Story- Chapter 9

LUCIFERS POV:

     I shut the door and sat down on my bed. What was I thinking? I shouldn't have done that. I couldn't help it for some reason, though. I'm probably just acting wierd because I haven't gotten much sleep. I-I don't know. And I can't help but wonder what MC's demon form looks like. It's going to be really important anyway. Ugh. I must be overthinking or something. I put my head in my hands and sighed.
     "What is happening to me?" I mumbled to myself.
     "You tell me." I flipped my head up, seeing who just said that. Diavolo sat at my doorway. A small but worried smile on his face.
     "It's just about MC, it's confusing me." I grumbled.
     "Are you worried about thier demon form?" Diavolo asked.
     "That, and many other things." I said. What am I going to do?
     "Do you want it to be you?" Diavolo asked. I tilted my head.
     "What? No! I mean, I-I, maybe." I stumbled over my words while Diavolo laughed. I sighed.
     "Listen, MC was picked for a reason, and I think that I know what else you are worried about." Diavolo said.
     "I have a list of things worrying me, so let's see if you get one." I mumbled.
     "Are you worried if MC has... power?" He asked. I looked away. "Come on, I can tell. The human that you chose came in and made pacts like that." Diavolo snapped his fingers.
     "But I don't think we need to worry about that." Diavolo said. "Who do you think it's going to be once MC shows thier demon form?" Diavolo asked.
     "I don't know... and that's what worries me." I said.
