London Trip- Chapter 31

     I immediately hop out of bed and to my door. I run out of my room and into the dining room.

     All the brothers look my way. They were eating breakfast.

     "MC!" Mammon yelled. He jumped out his chair and ran to hug me. Levi followed his lead.

     "MC, I'm really happy to see that your okay." Satan said, standing up. My eyes go to Lucifer, who's sitting at the end of the table. He gives a soft smile.

     "Good morning, MC." He said, nearly whispering. Mammon and Levi let go of me and I sit down at the other end of the table.

     "Listen, I'm going to eat breakfast, then I have to go to the castle to see Diavolo." I explained, eating a bit of bacon off my plate.

     "Why do you have to see Diavolo? We'd like to talk to you first." Belphie said.

     "I know, and I'd like to do that once I get back. But I really need to discuss something with Diavolo. I'd like to go alone." I said. The brothers sadly agreed. I ate most of my breakfast then started to head for the castle.

     As I walked through town, I saw Asmodays shady building. I gave it a sad smile, as if Asmo was standing right in front of it.

     Eventually, I got to the castle. I knocked on the door.

     Very quickly the door creaked open.

     "MC. I thought you would be coming." Barbatos said.

     "Were you?" I asked. Without giving me a chance, Barbatos nodded his head.

     "When you can see through time and space, it's quite easy to see into the dream realm too." He explained I stepped into the castle and he started guiding me through the castle.

     "My Lord is in his office, but I'm sure he'd want to see you." Barbatos said as he guided my through the hallways. We stopped in front of a door. Barbatos knocked a couple times before opening the door.

     "M'Lord, MC is here to see you." Barbatos said.

     "Oh, yes! Let them in!" I heard Diavolo say from inside the office. Barbatos opened the door for me and I walked in. The office was the exact same office from my dream. I just wish Asmoday was here.

     "MC! Are you feeling alright?" Diavolo stood up from his seat.

     "Yeah, I'm feeling fine. I really needed to talk to you actually." I said, sitting down in a chair across from his desk.

     "I needed to talk to you too! Barbatos, could you get us some tea, please?" Diavolo asked. Barbatos nodded and shut the door.

     "Listen, I know you're ma-"

     "I'm not mad. I'm fine, actually." I said. Diavolo looked at me with a bit of shock.

     "Well, you need to know that it wasnt my decision. Its was my fathers." Diavolo said.

     "I know that, too." I said. Diavolo had a face of confusion and shook his head.

     "How'd you know that?" Diavolo asked.

     "It might be a bit confusing, but let me explain." I said. I started to explain the whole story.
