RJ's POV

She doesn't have any scheduled meeting with their clients here in Cebu and obviously she's friends with no one here except me and for the nth time, she booked for a hotel.

Why am I even mad?

Whenever she goes here and I'm in the seminary or somewhere for my formation, she stays here. Iniiwasan ba ako ni Zoe? Crap.

Ganito lang siguro pag maraming namimiss.

Ano kaya ang ginagawa nya ngayon?

I was about to make a call when the phone screen lit up.

I breathed. "Hey. Sorry di na ako nakapagreply kanina."

"I just called to check on you. Akala ko kasi may nangyari na sayo."

"Ano naman ang pwedeng mangyari sa akin, hmm?"

"Nakidnap? Natinik ang lalamunan?"

"Hahaha! Silly girl. Kumusta ka?"

"Heto... bored af."

"Watch your mouth."

"Ay sorry po, Saint RJ."

"Sus. Kumusta sila Tatay dyan?"

"Nasa farm sila ni Nanay. Pinapatanong nga ni Tatay kung kelan ka babalik dito eh."

"Si tatay nga ba ang nagtatanong?"

"Syempre... si nanay rin."

"Haha hay naku Joy... bakit di mo ba ako namimiss?"

"Bakit naman kita mamimiss?"

"Kasi namimiss kita."

"Kung may tao bang nakakamiss sayo dapat suklian mo rin yun?"

"Ewan ko sayo. Kumanta ka na nga lang."

I heard a noise and I'm loving it. That sound of a guitar being picked and prepared for a song number. She's really gonna sing.

"Ano tatapusin ko ba to?" By the sound of her, I know she's smiling while she's still strumming the guitar.

"Okay na. Solved na solved na ako dun. Salamat ha? The best ka talaga. Seryoso, sorry talaga kanina. I was with a friend and nag-beach kami."

"Yung ex mo, right? Si Zoe?"

"Ah.. yes. She arrived this morning."

"I see. Sya yung nasa bagong profile photo mo. Cute nyo."

"By the way, di ka pa ba matutulog? 12 na."

"Matutulog narin mayamaya. Hinihintay ko lang matapos madownload ang season 5 ng Lucifer sa Netflix. Tsaka wag kang OA, 11:55 palang. Good night."
