Those who are familiar Danganronpa knows, but some doesn't so allow me to explain:
Ultimates are given title to talented people with particular talents. For example, one character is the Ultimate Pianist, since they are very good at piano. Ultimates are considered to be the top of the world because of how they're contributing to society... I highly recommend Danganronpa to those who hasn't watched yet :D
