Ninas POV

I was so excited and stressed out, planning Nianas birthday party and a wedding had taken a toll. Ian had offered to hire a party planner and a wedding planner, but I refused! I would do it alone. What the hell was I thinking?? However the nice thing was, the stress was nearly over with Nianas birthday this weekend and the wedding next weekend. I had made a commitment to appear on TVD next week as well, Elena was going to make a guest appearance in season 7. thankfully me leaving hadn't killed the show, I recorded voice so they could make it like damon still kept in contact with elena. that seemed to appease the fans for now, but we needed more this season. I had thought about going back full time, but hadn't fully decided yet.

"Nina!" Ian yelled from upstairs.
I went running to see what he was yelling about before he woke up Niana.

"What?" I asked as I reached the bedroom we both shared now.

"Have you checked Twitter today?"

"You called me up here, to ask me if I checked Twitter??" I said exasperated.

"Read this." he said a little annoyed at me.

I read it three times to be sure I was reading it right.

"What the fuck?" Was all I could say.

"My thoughts exactly. I'm calling Kevin right now. he pulled his phone out and dialed Kevin puttinghim on speaker.

"Ian, I thought I might be hearing from you today."

"Your damn right... is it true?"

"We need to find a way to pick the ratings back up, I'm not gona lie when I say the ratings for season 6 dropped drastically after Nina left."

"Well we knew it would, but honestly paul? That's your answer?"

"Ian and Nina cause I know our both listening. let's face it, without you three together the show is nothing, and having lost nina, and paul last season we took a blow. so if Nina can't come back full time, we need paul."

"I know, and as long as Ian agrees, it will be ok with me, since i am only making guest appearances this season." I said, only because i knew that without him we would all be without jobs.

" Just make it clear to him, that were will be no off screen conversations, and we will be fine." Ian said.

"You got it, and thanks for not going offside like i had expected, we all just need to make some sacrifices to keep the ratings up and the show on the air." kevin said, then hung up.

"Wow, you shocked me.." Ian said to me.

"Why?"

"Because i thought you were going to lose your mind when he confirmed it."

"Well Ian, we need to think of the ratings, and i wont really have to see him, so it was really more you that i thought would flip out to be honest, you will have to work with him daily again."

"Ya but again, its about the ratings and keeping our jobs right?" he said as he kissed me.

IANS POV
I arrived on set, I wasn't excited in the least to be working with Paul again. I went into my dressing room, before going to makeup. Paul was sitting in the chair in my dressing room, when i opened the door.

"paul, what the fuck man??"

"Sorry, I just wanted to talk to you before we started shooting."

"I thought they were supposed to make it very clear that i didnt want any conversation with you other than on screen."
"they did, but I needed to just say thanks for not quitting when you found out I was coming back."
"Believe me when I say I didn't do it for you." I said coldly.
"Well I will see you on stage." Paul said as he walked outta my dressing room.
I picked up my phone and saw that I had messages from Nina.
First one read: I love you baby, have a good day, just breathe and remember YOU are Damon Salvatore, and channel everything you feel into your performance, you can get through this. XO

Second one read: YOU are the most compassionate, loving, sexy man ever! Niana and I are doing last minute birthday/wedding shopping today. we may stop by and see how you are! Love you to the moon and back my love.
I smiled reading these messages, I was so damn lucky to have her and I knew it.
I texted her back, I love you so much baby, thanks for encouraging words and support. please don't come to set today because of paul, I don't trust him, he was in my dressing room this morning waiting for me to thank me for not quitting... Will be talking to kevin and Julie. love you babe see you and my beautiful daughter tonight. I hit send and then went out to makeup.

NINAS POV
I read Ian's text, I really wanted to go to set today, but I knew it would just upset him. So I decided that we would just do our last minute shopping instead.

Two hours later Niana and I were exhausted, so we decided to head home. I pulled into our driveway and saw the front door was wide open. I didn't want to leave Niana in the car, so I decided I would call the police, than Ian.
"Hello?" Ian answered on the first ring.
"Baby I think our house has been broken into, I came home and the front door is wide open, police are on their way." I said panicked
"I am too babe." he hung up on me.

Ten minutes later the cops and Ian arrived at the house. the cops went in and looked around. they said our house was destroyed. I was devastated, I cried on Ian's shoulder. the most disturbing thing was what was written on the mirror in my bathroom.
YOU WILL DIE BITCH!!
It terrifies me to think Klarissa had an accomplice or worse yet she escaped from prison.
