Homura’s spine filled with chills. Ayuko’s breath came out shaky and short. The blonde sat on the bed and brushed the long, messy, blue fringe out of the way so Ayuko's whole face was visible. She always hid behind her hair but Homura loved it when she would tie it up.
Even just looking at her homura wanted to cry, but she was all out of tears. All she could do was sit and play with Ayuko’s midnight blue locks.
“Miss. I’m sorry but you need to leave now.” A nurse said walking into the room.
“Please, just a few more minutes.”
“No, I can call you back in when she wakes up though.”
“She won’t bloody wake up…” Homura muttered under her breath. Storming out of the room she looked back and only saw a quick glance of Ayuko before the door shut.

“Hiro…” He looked up and say his father standing at the door.
“Outside, now.” Deku ordered.
“Hey dad.” Hiro looked at his feet.
“Hiro, I tolerate a lot, You working on the investigation with your classmates, you sneaking out at night to save your friends but this, this is too much. Because of you and your friends Error is dying, you are all beaten up and Mio has been taken.” Izuku was fuming.
“I was just being a hero…”
“No!” Deku wasn’t gonna let his son talk.
“You are not a hero, and you are never gonna be!”
“What..?”
“I want to support you anyway I can but doing this is killing me and your mother. She is at home crying her eyes out because of you. When we get home I’m dropping you out of UA.”
“What?! No!” Hiro cried grabbing his father's shirt.
“I’m so close, please I can’t stop now!”
“Hiro… just go home” Deku used his quirk to force his son to let go of his shirt before walking off.

Toda walked over to Tokoyami holding water.
“Here you go. ” he said slowly handing the cold cup to him.
“Thanks Iida… I’m so sorry.”
“About what?” Toda took off his glasses and wiped his eyes.
“I know you and Todoroki have been friends since childhood, I just feel I could have done something to help her, I’m so sorry.” Toda stopped Tokoyami, putting his hand on his shoulder.
“It’s ok, I’m going to get her back.”
-
The door to the Midoriya household creaked open.
“Deku, is that you?” A broken voice called.
“Mum?” Ochaco looked around the corner at her son, her vision became blurred with tears as she ran to embrace her only child.
“Hiro, I was worried sick! Are you ok, are you hurt, you’re crying.” Ochaco wiped Hiro’s tears.
"Mum" he sobbed.
"It's all my fault, Mio is in trouble and I got her into that mess. And now I can never be a hero." Ochaco let go of her son.
"Hiro...it's not too late. I know you are upset and you feel helpless, I know what that feels like. Your dad won't be back for another hour."
"You're...you letting me go." He looked up confused. Ochaco nodded and let go.
"You better hurry.

The floor was cold. The only comfort was a weighted blanket in the middle of the room.
"Don't think of this as a cell Mio." Izuki looked down at the small girl on the floor.
"Think of this as your new room." The heavy metal door slammed close.
