Chapter 2

[ Ashton's pov ]

I woke up with the same smile covering my face life was perfect

Luke Hemmings actually notices me and thinks I have pretty eyes

I got to school and met up with Calum and saw we had English together

Luke was also in that lesson I couldn't wait to see him

Me and Calum took random seats in the middle of the class and there was no sign of luke

The door flew open and I looked up expecting to see the beautiful blonde head of hair

But instead I was greeted by bright red hair, Michael lukes friend

He took a seat next to me and Calum sending us both smiles

I wanted to ask him where Luke was but Calum beat me two it

" hey mikey where's luke?" Calum asked mikey groaned " he said he's got a lot of shit on his mind " Calum just nodded in understanding

The lesson went by pretty quick I got to know Michael a lot better and swapped numbers with him

When lunch came by Michael sat with me and Calum when

We were all talking about music and stuff until Michael suddenly went off topic

" hey ash lukes really find of you you know! He was telling me how cool you were and he was right"

I blushed at michaels comment and thanked him we continued taking and laughing for the rest of lunch

The school day went by pretty quick and soon I was heading home

I walked into my house to be greeted by my two younger siblings

" hi Lauren hi Harry " I greeted " moms out your looking after us tonight " Lauren said casually before walking off Harry following

I went into the living room and started watching tv when I felt the coach dip

I turned to my two younger siblings with a pleading look in there eyes they clearly wanted something

" what do you two want?" I asked " were bored can you take us to the park " Lauren whined

I rolled my eyes and groaned " fine"

When we got to the park Lauren met up with some of her friends and walked off

So me and Harry had a game of football when we got board we just sat and waited go Lauren to come back

I noticed the familiar head of blonde hair I was going to go say hi when I saw a girl wrap her arms around him

My heart sank I called my siblings over so we could leave

When I made it home luke was all that was on my mind who is she why were they hugging are they together

He was probably messing about with me when he said I had pretty eyes

Wait I'm probably just over reacting they're probably just friends

I need to calm down and stop being filled with so much jealousy

My doorbell rang and I groaned and made my way over to open it

I was tackled to the groaned and looked up to see my smirking best friend

"Hey Calum" I laughed he winked at me and pulled me up

" me you mikey let's go out " Calum shouted I groaned and said " sorry mate my mams out and I'm stuck with Lauren and Harry"

" it's alright how about we invite Michael round and have movie and pizzas " Calum asked

"Great idea cal" I chirped

Soon we were all sat in the den watching movies Lauren wanted to watch mean girls

And Calum insisted we watch what Lauren wants because she's the only girl there

But it's actually because Calum has a secret love for mean girls he's like a teenage girl at heart

I found out about michaels obsession for pizza when he kept stealing my slices

It's weird how before luke bumped into me he barley even knew my name now we have a mutual friend he's complimented me and were making a song together

Michaels wonderful I'm so glad he's my friend now him and Calum are the best

Three teenage boys sat watching mean girls while acting out some of the characters were so weird

I hope lukes back in school tomorrow!
