And now, onto the good stuff! (Prepare to fangirl scream)
"Pss-Pssst! Wake up, Sorin,"
You steadily blinked awake to Shiro's voice and head rubs. "Good morning, sweetie. How's the arm holding up?"
You glanced around, a little confused. You could see that you were in your and Shiro's room now, but how did you get there? Last you remembered, you were in Keith's room.
Your ears went red as you contemplated the situation. Alone with Keith? In his room? In the nighttime hours? With no memory of what had happened afterward?! The situation was adding up to be a very intimate conclusion indeed.
"Calm down, baby," Shiro knew what you were suspecting and calmly waved you down. "Keith's not like that. I walked in on you two and you were in your lion form, all curled up. He looked so peaceful sleeping against your belly like that, I must admit..."
You burrowed under the sheets of your bed, no less embarrassed at that fact than you would've been at your hypothesized one. Shiro laughed and pulled the sheet up so he could see you. "Alright, no need to hide. I'm glad he's taking good care of you. Lets me know I won't have to worry if something were to happen to me or Adam."
You weren't sure how comfortable you were with that statement. While in the healing pod after the team had been scattered, you had connected to the Black Lion in another one of your dreams to help Keith pilot it to save Shiro, but as you faded back into reality, you overheard your father talking about handing your well-being over to Keith. Did he know something that you didn't? Something that was going to put him in danger?
Shaking off such a horrible thought, you grabbed your robes and asked if the team needed you down by the bridge. His face became serious upon you mentioning it.
