forty nine

once we all arrived at the amusement park we all planned out what we wanted to do while we were here

"can we get candy floss?" gabbie asks

"if there's a ferris wheel i think we should go on it" christina says and i see alexia nod in agreement

"ghost train" jack just randomly says but we all agree that if we find one we are going on it, zach was hesitant but he eventually agreed

first we head over to the candy floss and we each buy either candy floss on a stick or a bag of it

we then start walking around seeing what we were all wanting to go on first

zach's pov

we've been walking around for almost 10 minutes just working out what we will spend our afternoon doing here

"ooh! look a ferris wheel!" christina says pointing at the ferris wheel that was ahead of us, i feel jas' hand tense in mine and i look at her, there's something wrong i know there is

"are you okay?" i ask her quietly "i hate heights" she replies looking into my eyes, i can see the fear in her eyes

"if you don't wanna go on we don't have to and i'll stay with you" she shakes her head "no i wanna go on it's just, i'm scared"

"i promise i'll be there with you, and if you get scared i'll keep you safe" i say, she smiles and we walk towards the ferris wheel to catch up with everyone else

me and jas were the last to step into one of the carriages and once we were on it we sat down

i held jas' hand "it's gonna be okay i promise" i say and she nods gently

the ferris wheel starts moving and jas starts getting tensed again so i move over and put my arm around her, she moves into my chest and her breathing starts to calm

"we're nearly at the top okay?" i say into her ear, she hesitantly looked at the view for a couple of seconds but then moved back into my chest

it went round one more time before we got off and joined everyone else

"you were so brave on there!" i tell jas, she smiles and puts her head against my arm

after spending almost 3 hours at the amusement park we found that we had run out of things to do so we started heading back to the hotel to just hang out together

"i just had an idea of what we can do tonight" gabbie says and we all look at her

"girls night and boys night" she says "you mean like separately?" daniel asks and she nods

i would be down to spend a night in with the boys

"that's a good idea!" tate says and everyone else says something similar to that

"okay so where will we be staying?" i ask

"the girls could stay in mine and tate's dorm and since jonah has his whole room to himself you boys could spend the night in jonah's room" jas suggests, everyone seemed to like that idea so we all started getting things ready for the night

the first stop was walmart

the boys and girls separated and then we each went to get what we needed

"i'm sitting in the shopping cart!" i shout and jump into it as jonah starts pushing it

"can i push him pleaseee?" jack begs jonah, jonah laughs and lets jack push me "just don't kill anyone" daniel says and we all laugh even though it wasn't fully intended as a joke

as we go around walmart we pick up what we want; daniel chose watermelon sweets, jonah got sour patch kids, jack got chocolate bars and potato chips and i got oreos and pepsi

after we got all that we just started messing around doing things like running down the aisles while jack pushed me and then let go leaving me just gliding down the aisles with no way of stopping but we all found it very amusing

we saw the girls at the tills so we ran over so we could join the line behind them

i hopped out of the trolley and we talked to each other and the girls until it was our turn to pay
