Roddy POV

So Jackie has been in jail for 3 days now, for assault. I've been at her store, holding it down. Well trying to.

Being here makes me realize how much work goes into running a shop. I give my baby props, because this wasn't easy.

She shouldn't be in there longer than a month, we've been trying to work it out with court because Nae been cappin' and adding things that didn't even happen.

Some man walked in the store seeing me behind the register and he walked up to me and said "Who are you?"

"Nah nigga who are you?" I asked getting defensive immediately because of how he walked up on me.

"Why you behind this register?!" He yelled.

"Because this my girl shop nigga!" I yelled back.

"Oh. You're Rodrick?" He asked me.

"Yeah. Who are you?" I asked.

"My bad, my bad. I'm Sergio, Jaqueline's father." He said holding out his hand, I was outta words.

"Oh... Nah, I'm sorry. I didn't know" I said shaking his hand.

"Nah you good. You was just defending yourself. Uh, where's Jacqueline?" He asked me. I sighed.

"She told you bout-"

"The Nae situation? Yeah" He said.

"So now she's in jail for fighting her. She shouldn't be in there longer than a month though" I said. Sergio sighed rubbing his face.

"I can make one call. Just one, and that girl Nae's gone for good. Y'all just let me know." Sergio said, I chuckled.

"Well.. I see where Jackie gets her thug shit from." I said, he laughed a little.

"So what happened?" Sergio asked me.

Jackie POV

"Jacqueline Taylor, you have a visitor." The guard said to me, I got up from this uncomfortable small bed.

"Already?" I mumbled, I thought Rodrick was at my store. I was hoping everything was okay.

They let me out of my cell and I walked to the room where we can speak through the phone and glass. Once I got there, I seen Nae sitting there and I chuckled.

I sat down, across from her through the glass and picked up the phone putting it to my ear.

"What you want?" I asked.

"How's the prison life Jacqueline?" She asked and I chuckled.

"I like how bold you are when you are far from me. It's cute" I said.

"You're cuter." Nae said with a smile.

"Yeah I know I'm cuter than you." I said winking at her.

"I'm gonna make sure you stay behind bars, for years and years... It's over for you girl. Don't you get it?" Nae said.

"Yeah okay." I said shrugging, her lies ain't gone get her no where so I wasn't tripping on nothing she was saying.

"And now that I've seen your dad, he kinda fine.. I might just see if he wanna fuck" Nae said shrugging and I laughed.

"Aye he might be down for that, he been locked up for so long and you semi pretty so he'll fuck then duck you." I said.

"Then maybe, I could get owner rights to your store.. Change the name from "Jackie's" to "Nae's". That sounds better right?" Nae asked sarcastically.
